Long term experimenter and forum lurker, but only recently have I gotten into clamping, which gave me the results I’ve always wanted. So only now have I ever felt like posted. I am only interested in girth and am honestly super okay with my length right now, so clamping is to be honest my only routine. I’ll inevitably measure length again at some point and update as it goes.

Starting stats 7in BPEL and 4.5in MSEG. 11/18/2019
Last measurement: 4.7in/12cm MSEG. 12/18/2019
Goal: 5.5in/14cm - 6in/15.25cm MSEG

I’m using cable clamps and a thin cloth wrap. I start with one as low as I can before I close it just tight enough for some resistance followed by pressing it down as low as possible again before I give it one more click and then close another clamp above it at the same amount. This is done daily on 2-4 sets, depending on schedule. Sometimes I can only do 2 in the morning and I’ll follow up with 2 at night. This is done roughly 10 out of every 14 days with my rest dad generally organized around if I have time to do them. Never more than 5 on days in a row. Never more than 2 off days in a row.

Admittedly I am forced start with the small clamp, but I am already outgrowing that quickly.

Started doing this regularly around Nov 15 and have my first big data collection at Dec 18. I’ll have another month update soon.

First 2 weeks was 2 small clamps at 10 minutes a set.
Next 2 was experimenting with what’s best for me at 2 weeks of 2 medium clamps, 10 minute sets. Didn’t feel as effective, so I went back to small.

On 12/18 I already can feel and see the distance. Feels fat when it’s flaccid, fits different in my hands when erect, and definitely veinier. No long term change in color.

Results: .2in/.5cm gain in month 1.
While I can’t count on this gain forever, it does help motivate me to say that I am 8 months away from my goals, on a linear timeline (unrealistic as that may be). Just good mind games.

Why am I making this post now? My primary girlfriend and I fooled around the 2 days ago and she’s always said my cock was perfect, but she used more detail: she said it just hits all the right places and stretches the right spots.

Stretches got me for sure haha.

I will have a 2 month update soon, very excited. I think I’m using the abbreviations right, but if I’m not, just let me know.

Congratulations, I had picked up some clamps in the fall but didn’t really give them much chance.

I popped one on Wednesday between pump sets, and got a nice result, better than I had got in the past.

I clamped a few sets yesterday, and did 4, 5 minute sets between pump sets today.

Seems to be effective to combine the two, time will tell.

I just love the way my rock hard clamped dick feels in my hand.

Starting to doubt whether to emphasize tightness or overall pump. Still getting mad results, but barely able to use the small clamp comfortably anymore.

Measurements today came in at 12.6cm or roughly 4.9 inches on girth.

While clamped it’s closer to 5-5.2, but that’s just go see what style gets me the best pump. Still deciding. I can manage quite the pump from 2 medium, but it takes way more edging and kegels to maintain. It is certainly more comfortable, but since I haven’t had injury either way, my prime concern at the moment is observation and efficacy.

Starting: 4.5inches/11.43cm
1 month: 4.7/12cm
2 months: 4.93/12.6cm

Might be newbie gains, but I cannot complain about 10% in 2 months. If my dick were stocks, I’d be overjoyed.

I have 2 medium clamps. I was looking online at these as I would like a bigger one for behind the balls. For shaft clamping I have to click the medium ones all the way, with a wrap. They are a bit large without the wrap and not quite tight enough. I think the small ones would be too small, and the large ones too large for the shaft, however I would like a large one for behind the balls. I can just get the medium one around in the behind the balls position, but it is a struggle.

With my wrap on, I put on one clamp, with 3 clicks to spare, work up an erection while pushing the clamp down. Once I feel it is maxed, I click it all the way, work it a bit more then add the second clamp which really maxes out the pressure and makes for, what feels like a really effective clamping session.

5 minutes, where I try to keep it hot and hard with my heating pad, then release and into the pumping tube.

I have been doing clamping now one week, before, between and after pumping sets.

I find it helps me get into the tube erect as my dick stays pretty big after the clamp set and is more easily worked back up to a nice erection for setting up the pump set.

Hey guys I’m also on the smaller side of girth to fit a clamp. I just thought I’d chime in to share my experience with it.

I believe closing the clamp all the way can be dangerous. When it’s closed all the way, the space in between is very small and no longer resembles the shape of a dick. I’ve done this before and all I will say is it did not end well in my case.

So, if you get some neoprene, like wetsuit material and double it up, it can serve you well as far as using the medium clamp and not having to click it close to or all the way closed. Using 2 layers of neoprene can give you the extra base girth for the clamp to fit you snug without compromising the perfect shape it makes when its closed less than halfway. I no longer clamp but when I did I could close mine 4 clicks max but I usually only did 1 to 3 clicks.

This did take some time to make and also required the basic ability to sew with a needle and thread.

I just cut 2 strips - about 1” wide x 6” long of the old wetsuit had lying around. (You’ll want to make them wider than 1” if you use 2 clamps.)

I sized the first one and cut it to fit perfectly around my erect base girth. I then sewed it into a loop. Put it around my cock to make sure it fit.

I took it off and sized the second strip around the first one, cut to size and sewed it on. I also sewed both loops together at the seams to they don’t seperate from eachother.
Hope that makes enough sense. It’s pretty simple but I can post a pic of the wrap if anyone wants to see for reference.

It is easier to get on and off flacid but is stretchy so its doable erect also. The one I made fits snug and also holds engorgement after a clamp session while allowing some better bloodflow.

Another option is to ger a novelty masturbation sleeve and cut it into strips. The most basic textures are the best so the ticklers or whatever dont get caught in the clamp teeth as much. I think it should be turned inside out so the smooth side is on your dick anyway. I think mine is made by doc johnson and was only like 8 bucks.

The only reason I preferred the neoprene when I was clamping was because the masturbation sleeves stretchy and squishy texture often made it get pinched in the clamps teeth and eventually became unusable after many pinches.

Anyway, hope this helps you guys.

I’d hate to hear of any of you lads getting injured from clamping with the clamp all the way closed. You may get lucky and not ever get injured but I definitely feel it’s a bad idea to close it all the way

I’ve used a towel cloth I cut off for cushion and also some added girth.

Cool to see so many people with this problem. So often, this site is full of pretty big dudes just talking about getting bigger haha.

I occasionally use the medium clamps because sometimes if I’m too hard the small ones cannot fit. But I just make sure I have them 90 degrees of rotation from one another. That way it gives pressure in alternating sides.
I’ve never tried and am not interested in any behind the balls clamping though, so I can’t really comment on that.

Your wetsuit idea is really good! I don’t have any, but may use strips from an old yoga mat soon. Honestly, it’d help me fit a larger clamp that’s more comfortable in a more effective way and the cloth I use only protects from pinching, but I worry may not provide enough cushion from the clamps.

I am not getting the full measurement until it’s closer to a month since the last one, but experimenting with technique as been such a mixed bag.
I tested a few things and ended the up slowing my progress briefly, but found a new way to put a rubber cockring at the base and lower my clamps further and it’s been very effective.

Definitely noticeably better thickness and when clamped swells to around 5.5in girth

Disappeared from here but have been doing this on and off still since.

Currently getting back into it more fully.

Progress since last time:
Girth sits at at roughly 5.25inches. Measuring is difficult and I am sorta just getting back into the idea of doing all this and recording it.
Length sits at 7inches easily now, but that may be partially due to weight I’ve lost making BPEL measurements easier and more effective. Used to be Lost 20lbs since March, but I do a lot of lifting so my weight cycles heavily between bulks and cuts. Before I’d get hard and with the difficulty of keeping erect while measuring, I’d be hitting just barely 7. Now its no contest.

Quarantine is pretty good for just chilling and edging all day tbh. I’ve been clamping usually in 3 sets of around 10 minutes, give or take. I don’t fit well in the small as hell clamp I used originally, so I wrap twice around with some light fabric and then use the next size up. I can fill what I used to just be embarrassed putting my penis into. Breaks and coming back, while still doing light maintenance clamping because its fun and feels good, seems to be a huge boon to gains.

My girlfriend doesn’t know that I do any of this, but she has taken notice of the effect. She talks about how big I’ve gotten and outright says she can tell its bigger than before. It is so so so so hot hearing her talk about how big I feel when I insert or when she is trying to throat me.

Out of curiosity, any discoloration from clamping?

Anyways, no sustained discoloration other than the occasional spot every once in a while.
Schedule is more like 2 days a week than anything too strict. Depends heavily on my own schedule, whether that means a week goes 3/1/3/1, 2/1/2/1/2, or 5/2.
