Cementing Almost 2 Years Hanging Gains.

Hello, first thread on the forum. So I was hanging for a year and a half, almost two years. I’ve reached my length size goal. So I tried to cement the gains with 3 days hanging a week( 3 hours a week), and started to lose size.. What to do? I’ve tried to put the phallosan forte, but it not possible to wear outside the house so it’s not really an option.. Would be happy for advice from someone who actually succeed in cementing hanging gains, thanks !

This is my opinion

I think 3 hours a week is a major drop from the normal routine. It’s almost like completely stopping PE. No wonder you’re seeing losses. I think it will take 1-2 years to cement your gains from hanging and you should stick to your normal hanging duration time and slowly lighten the weight over time.

My plan to cement my gains from hanging is to use lighter and lighter weight very slowly over time with the same duration of hanging as before.

For example: CEMENT GAINS
15 lbs for 3-4 months (10h/week)
12.5 lbs for 3-4 months (10h/week)
11.25 lbs for 3-4 months (10h/week)
10 lbs for 3-4 months (10h/week)
7.5 lbs for 3-4 months (10h/week)
6.25 lbs for 3-4 months (10h/week)
5.0 lbs for 3-4 months (10h/week)
2.5 lbs for 3-4 months (10h/week)

About 2 cm from hanging.. I’m not greedy when it comes to size.. I’m at 7.5 inch and happy, but I thought I should invest minimum time to cement those gains.

Any more members who successfully cement the gains from hanging in the long term?

How I cemented my gains pumping was exceeding my goal size for a year. I truly believe it’s now permanent. It may be the same for hanging.

I’ve gained 1.0in (+/- 0.125in) from 6 months of hanging with 2.5 to 5lbs.

I am at the 9 month mark hanging with 6.125 lbs but haven’t measured since October. Originally I posted that I gained 1.125” in 6 months in a post I made but when I first measured I didn’t have an actual ruler. I used my phone which is 5.875” as a measurement and guesstimated my BPEL.

April 2019 - 5.875” BPEL (+/- 0.125”)
October 2019 - 7.00” BPEL (+/- 0.125”)
Current: n/a I haven’t measured. (i think I am still hovering around the 7.00” mark)
