Hi, I’ve been reading about the important of ‘cementing’ a gain once you’ve made one with a maintenance routine for a few weeks/months after the gain. My question is how many people here have stopped PE AFTER cementing gains. It seems people here make gains but then keep with their PE as they have additional gains they want to make. This would seem to confuse the issue about weather the gains were ‘cemented’ or merely being ‘maintained’ by the continued PE exercises. Is it possible to make a gain (for example 3/4” gain in length and girth after 7 months) then ‘cement’ it with a maintenance routine for say 2.5 months (assuming you have a proper maintenance routine) and then NEVER do PE again and really keep those gains? How many people here have even tried such a thing?
