Measured in at 6.250" BPEL for a gain of 0.187" in length. For girth I had a slight reduction and I attribute that to my desire to put down numbers on the first day and not using a tape because I don’t have one. I had to use a piece of string and a ruler, which is how I had to measure girth as well today. And I didn’t really feel like I had a full erection, so these numbers could be a little on the small side (I am ecstatic!). I can’t believe just a month with half ass efforts using Ulistretch’s routine has given me gains (not 100% erect, I’d guesstimate between 90-95%). I’m going to make it a priority to get a tailors tape today.

April will be my first full month of Ulistretch’s routine.

Over the past 5 days or so I have also added 10 piss pulls, and I drink a lot of water, so I do a lot of piss pulls during the day.
