Measured in at 6.250” BPEL for a gain of 0.187” in length. For girth I had a slight reduction and I attribute that to my desire to put down numbers on the first day and not using a tape because I don’t have one. I had to use a piece of string and a ruler, which is how I had to measure girth as well today. And I didn’t really feel like I had a full erection, so these numbers could be a little on the small side (I am ecstatic!). I can’t believe just a month with half ass efforts using Ulistretch’s routine has given me gains (not 100% erect, I’d guesstimate between 90-95%). I’m going to make it a priority to get a tailors tape today.

April will be my first full month of Ulistretch’s routine.

Over the past 5 days or so I have also added 10 piss pulls, and I drink a lot of water, so I do a lot of piss pulls during the day.

Buulet when you do your piss pulls, how long do you hold each pull? Also do you ease into them or do you start out at full tension?

It’s not so much as a pull but more like a jelq. I just pinch at the base using my thumb and pointer finger instead of the ok grip and do a standard 3 second jelq ending in a JAI Stretch ~ Johan’s Active Isolated Stretches for a grand total of 5 seconds per repetition. I’m falling in love with these by the way. Even on days where I don’t do much penis enlargement I still feel like I am improving. 10 repetitions every time I go to the bathroom adds up. I drink a lot of water.

It is really just a filler exercise so don’t try to over think how hard you should do it. Just get some practice at it and find what works best for you.

I see, so it’s similar to Tom Hubbard’s one thing exercise, just in one motion instead of 3 separate. Thanks for the info, I’m gonna give these a try as well.

Ha! I’m not measuring in today (I’m going for once a month on measurements to be consistent) but right before my routine I decided to measure: BPEL 6.5”. I didn’t measure girth. That’s a gain of .5” without even a whole month solid working out. I hope I can keep this pace of growth! More importantly, I hope its permanent.

So after re-evaluating my EQ and having no gains for over a month, I have decided it would probably be best to take a decon break. I’m shooting for two weeks but I’m mainly watching for night and morning erections to return. Maybe I’ll even experience some decon break growth! I’m not getting my hopes up though.

By the way congrats buulet, it seems like you are on the correct path!

Ha! I Kegeled out another eighth of an inch. 6 5/8”. Unofficial of course. I need to lock up my tiller until the end of the month.

Measured today. No exercises performed and I measured in at BPEL 6.5” for a gain of BPEL 0.5”. Sweet. No added girth yet.

Where did you find ulistrestches routine ?
I’ve searched on thunders to no avail.
I’m working some jelq squeezes , which I think are similar to ulis, into my routine. I would like to look at the comparisons between the two techniques.

I sometimes find it easier to google search to find information on thunders.

Thanks for the support fellow pullers! Halfway to my first goal (in length anyways). But you know what they say: Length before girth.

I HAVE NOT been doing the full routine. My member just couldn’t keep up. 2 days on , 1 day off very light routine. I have been “mixing the methods”. I mainly just jelq 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes before I go to sleep days on.

I’m trying to get away with doing as little as possible while still gaining really.

I have been doing jelqs whenever my penis feels warm, instead of using a wrap for heat. Some days I probably get in over 200, other days under 50.

Girth increase of just under a quarter inch. No length gains.
