You know it’s tough to keep going when you’re happy with where you’re at. And it’s also tough to keep going when you know what it is you need to do because in fact some of the motivation comes from not knowing that you can actually achieve the results. One nice thing about the late pm stretching is it does not seem to impact EQ the next day so it’s definitely a nice pattern for something just tucked in.

One other thing and this is purely anecdotal is that the manual stretching seems to have more of a girth component compared to the extender which mostly seems to have a base girth component. Now it could of been unusually high EQ but I thought the magnum xl tight. First time I thought the Magnum XL might be too small?!?

I’m not going custom, it’ll have to do.
