So just a note, it is definitely my preference to do the primary work in the morning, so that additional work gets tucked in at leisure. I suppose I could expound on why this is my preference, but basically tucking it into morning checks that off the list and delegates it to the appropriate level of effort, both from a time an mental point of view. So yesterday’s strategy of backing down the tension and getting the duration up payed off and today’s session was accomplished with ease. Duration begets duration. Will I learn the lesson?

I’m not exactly sure how I’m going to approach this but I need to curb my aggressiveness. Have thought about limiting things to one session a day, to pressure myself towards exerting restraint. Or I may follow a more structured progression.

All I can say is that today’s session was accomplished at a good level of tension and at the end the tissues had relaxed and the glans condition was good.

So yesterday did not go well, maybe it was a bad attachment or maybe a lack of sleep, none the less my response was to back off the tension today and get on the duration. New milestone on time. By biggest issue remains having very limited time mostly due to work, this may wind up being a period of consolidation until that changes. I think that keeping the duration up positions me well for progress when I can resume the effort in earnest.
