Been mulling this over some. I think it’s fair to say at this point the “restoration theory” is a falsehood. Went better than yesterday but the glans had enough at 40 minutes. I think I’m just run down and as in all physical endeavors adequate rest for recovery is a real variable. I have definitely noticed that the glans is in much more robust condition after intimacy. Not sure how this would translate but I wonder if edging and or the vacuum might have similar effects. So even though I’m not going to do the edging I cannot rule out the validity as an adjunct. Got the duration back BUT I’ve lost some forward position in the cradle. It is a lack of execution, but really I attribute this largely to a lack of sleep. And that is entirely a consequence of mismanaging my life. You can’t just look after your penis, you got to take care of all of you.

Overslept, continuously pressed for time, I need to get a hold of my circumstances it’s really untenable. I am working on it, but can’t say I;m making great strides. I have 3 weeks to my goal date of adding to the extender and I don’t think it’ll happen and I just have to accept that I don’t have the time to do the work right now. I’ll make an assessment next week and see about pushing the target date out a week or 2 or even a month.
