I’ve made the device that GokusPeks ingeniously created and graciously shared to us. I went to home Depot and bought everything. I used Paracord instead of rope. Perfect for application and found a rope clamp the perfect size, just like yours. One must use some intelligence to tie the ropes, but I improved the overall design by hanging the mass directly over the penis head by attaching two ropes to both sides of the initial tightening loop. Hope to start the gains. I need to get familiar with different ways to get the angle right to pull straight out. Sitting is quite awkward. I have an andropenis on the way to help.

Stupid question, but can you please explain how can you hang straight out and between the cheeks?

I mean, you can only hang straight down, or not?

SD. sit down on a chair, and sit straight up, and let it hang down
BTC -sit back on chair , legs on a table, and let it hang down “between the cheeks” , this is a more intense angle
SO - lay on stomach between bed and chair and let it hang.

Update: I improved the design outlined again in this thread. I call it mark 3 of the design. Instead of having one clamp, I actually use two clamps around 1/2” apart (tied together) to evenly disperse the grip. That’s the mod for mark 3 and for those who didn’t see my previous post, Mk2 is the modification to hang the carabiner from two equidistant rope (I use paracord) segments tied to the front clamp loop. As a result, Mk2 evenly disperses the hang weight directly over the head of the penis. I already made another mk3 for my friend just from an hour of my time.

Here is my setup. I use one more layer of pipe insulation on the underside of my penis to better spread out the pressure. In total I have two layers of pipe insulation.

This guy was doing 1h sessions 1 or 2 times in the day and gained. Congrats by the way.
What did we learn from his journey? That extending 6-12h per day may be is counterproductive and maybe 1-2h per day are the key.
We have also seen some posts of guys that used theit extender for 2h.day and gained good.

So is less more or what?

No.

An extender does not provide a 2.5-5lbs tension. Most packages include the force range, its between 900 grams up to 1.2kg, which converted is 1.95 lbs up to 2.64 lbs.
With hanging, 2.5 lbs is a starting weight, 5 lbs is also a newbie weight, usually, people start gaining at 7 or 8+ lbs.
Some say the magical number is 12 lbs plus/minus 1 lbs.

You need to exclude newbie gains from the formula, newbies also gain with simple stretching!

so, 6h extending with 2.64 lbs (max) is not more “work” than 2h of 8 lbs or so.
6h x 2.64 lbs = 15.84 lbs-hour and
2h x 8lbs = 16 lbs-hour

In the end, you do equal amount of “work” (lbs-hour), but the approach is different, it is not just less vs more, because intensity is complemented if you do less, as in duration (hanging), you use more weight; however if you do more (extending) you use less weight, the work is the same.

some people respond better to: low duration + high intensity (= hanging)
others respond better to: high duration + low intensity (= extending).

body types differ, like endo, ecto and mesomorph and because of that, they require different strategies. its up to the individual to figure that out!
extending may work for one guy, but may not work for the other guy and be the other way around in regards to hanging!
that is the purpose of keeping a journal so that you can analyze and find that out in hindsight!

What I am trying to say here is that with extending maybe less hours (1-3) is better because the OP gained with little intensity too

5 pound is achievable in a extender, yes, But not many hangers gain with 5 pounds, many wont gain unless they reach 15 pounds.

I’ve injured my glands (unrelated injury) 2 weeks ago so I have to take about a month break until it completely heals. I will post about any gains lost after taking a month break.

I’ve started hanging around 4/1/2019 and will post a 1 year hanging update on 4/1/2020.
