what have you gained so far?

Just wanted to see what kinda gains bros here are getting from and have got in the past from pumping?

You know, most of this info is listed in Size’s Data Pages (you know who the pumpers are) - a link to which is listed at the bottom of nearly every page here. If you haven’t listed your own beginning and current stats, think about it. Great place to keep track and without all those little piece of paper we think we won’t lose.

I cannot say all my gains came from pumping. I incorporate manual exercises, too. But I do believe pumping helped me cement them.
