Guys that complain that clamping is too tough on them or causes too much damage or kills erections, are using too much clamping force. Back off on the force and you will get much better results.

Thanks for the advice gprent. That probably would make some sense. I clamped to the level where it’s pretty much a rock and wouldn’t lose my erection; however, I have seen threads where as long as you stay “engorged” you are fine. Like I have stated in a few previous threads, clamping did show some negative PE signs for me (i.e. lose of good erections); therefore, I’ll be taking your advice and using it :) . Maybe this is why I haven’t seen any girth gains what so ever :/.

Yes, the best clamping is where the dick is very engorged, yet somehow “soft” - the girth is larger than your largest rock hardon - but puffy, not hard. I clamp to the level where I CAN actually lose the erection if I don’t do a bit now and then to keep it hard; I don’t try to clamp so tight that blood just cannot escape no matter what.

Didnt read all of the posts so all apologies if im repeating.

I usually get all the way hard, let it subside to about 80% and then do 100 slow jelqs, clam and edge simultaniously and after im done I do another 100 slow jelqs and then cool down.

My mid girth bofore is 5.25 and I usually get to 5.5 with this and it takes less that 25 min.

Hi Dangle,

I think you’re onto a good, conservative strategy so given that I have just started a pump/clamp routine I am trying to follow your advice. I started out slow today in the sauna and performed these sets:

1) pumped at 3 inch Hg for 8 minutes while the sauna heated up
2) wrapped and clamped for 8 minutes - massive engorgement - more than
rock hard but no discernable discomfort
3) pumped at 4 inch Hg for 8 minutes
4) wrapped and clamped for 8 minutes - much softer - not nearly so tight
5) pumped at 5 inch Hg for 8 minutes
6) wrapped and clamped for 8 minutes - again, much more pliable - edged a lot and kegled to keep the partial engorgement
7) pumped for 5 minutes at 3 Inch Hg as the sauna timed out and began to cool down
8) wrapped with a THeraP wrist wrap and I’ll keep that wrap on till bedtime

As for pumping per se, I use a CTC suck and release pump and I think it helps circulation especially so in a combined cycle like this. I have the CTC vacuum line run in to the sauna chamber through a maintenance duct in the floor of the InfraRed sauna.

I’ll be interested to see what shows up in the morning as to wood.

I’ve been doing this prior to this thread and it seems to max out swelling without hardly any lymph. I hope to post the routine I’m doing if I see gains in girth by near Christmas. IR and short resting periods are key for this.

Long Grass: resting periods are essential for growth with this routine? How long, what schedule? And why?

For the last three months or so I have been doing a similar routine but not really alternating between the clamp and the pump. I was doing condom pumping for a while but I got sick of the fucking around and the cost.

Recent routine:
In the shower 60-100 Power jelq strokes
After shower 2-4 x 10-12 minute air-clamp clamps
2-3 x Sets of pumping 8-12 mins at 5-7 Hg with heat pack on tube.

At some point I think I was over doing it a 6-7 days and was getting some negative PI’s. Since cutting back to 4-5 days I am feeling better about it, have a better flaccid etc.

Regarding gains, in that time I believe I have gained 0.25” of real girth.

After reading this I might try to alternate between the pumping and clamping to see if I get better results although I have to say 1/4 of an inch in three months ain’t bad.

Well I’m still going wait to post what I do because I want to gain to make sure it works, but if for some reason I don’t I still will post about it come December. Short periods of rest as opposed to long. I’m talking about 2 minutes at each resting period. This gives me better expansion, and less time for the tunica to :couch: . I’m doing 6 minutes total (unless you count 10 minutes IR warmup in the beginning) resting throughout the whole period I’m working girth. The end result is roughly 91 minutes total (includes warmup, pumping, resting, and clamping).

I don’t want to say too much yet, but I will add that I do this in the morning which gives 12+ hours to recover. I also wear a cockring during after for the whole afternoon. Also check out the online timer I just found in main member forum. It’s a nice little thing. I’m going to customize it with a siren to remind me, “Hey you! You’ve been under pressure too long. Better get out of that pump or cable clamps before you hurt yourself!”

Holy shit, 1.5 hrs. per day? Imagine if you spent that much time in the weight room! You wouldn’t need a big dick - you’d get more pussy than you could use!

I haven’t had any negative indicators. The pressure never goes past 5. Don’t do any stretching. No jelqing. I also take Cialis from time to time to give me a little boost and make PE easier.

Wow Long Grass, you have girthed up really well since starting! (length too, but i would love to have a .625 girth gain!

I does feel weird though. Like I’m not sure it’s mine sometimes lol, but indeed it is. Numbers look different then actual feel. You know? At this point I’m not sure if I will continue with length. I might though, but what I’m hoping for is that I get some accidental length from what I’m doing now.

You know what I’m doing now might be too much when I start to bulk up. For instance, I might have to do a 1 on & 1 off, or just cut the time factor down a little. We will see though. For now though I will stick with what I’m doing until I get my protein powder and start pumping iron. *Arnold voice* ;)
