The Pump and Clamp

Dangleman, I did my first routine with this. I tried 10min pumping followed by an 8 min clamp. I did this twice and I’ll admit the expansion was great. I didn’t have any crazy negative PE sign’s (was waking up at night with a woody a lot); however, I didn’t wake up with a morning wood. I also had some fluid build up that looked like I was starting to donut. I had this problem a while back when I used heat while clamping so I think I’ll have to cut out the heat wrap around the pump. I’m going to cut it to 1 clamping session added for the first week then slowly up it. I hope this will be a good platue breaker :) .

Footeddie: you are pumping a LOT more than I am in my routine. I am pumping maybe 3 min. before and between …then clamping maybe 15 min … no problems with fluid! It is still more a clamping routine than pumping, the way I am doing it, because clamping seems to give permanent gains that pumping doesn’t.

Knock the pumping down to 5 minute tops and don’t go over 5hg for best results with no fluid.

Just want to chime in here, for the last two nights I did the pump and clamp session. I jelqed for five minutes then clamped for 10 minutes and pumped for 20 minutes at less than 5hg. This routine was done in three sets . I will tell you that I stayed rock hard for the whole thing on Saturdays session,and the expansion was outstanding and no fluid build up to speak of. I got to over 6 1/2 inches in length and 6 in girth, the biggest I have ever been. Last night did the same routine, same results. Today I do my ads for at least 10 hours with thee of Monty’s weights. I will hang tonight.Then on Tuesday do the Pump and Clamp. I would say all around so far that this sort of routine is great for expansion. I plan on keeping this in my weekly routine for some time to hopefully spark some growth in either direction.

Sadly, I’m too small for effective clamping. Getting better, but not there yet being only a little over 5” at the base while fully erect. I had lost erection ability before starting PE. Actually PE is an accidental discovery for me from doing “penis health” workouts to be able to get erections again.

Now, I can get somewhat erect on my own without my wife having to work so hard to help me get it up there. No cialis in over a month.

Here is what I’m currently doing and it does seem to be working.

Hanging first, then pumping to get enough to clamp, then clamping for 10 minutes while maintaining an erection the entire time. After pumping I can use the clamp to get a nice (for me) big erection that is 5” midshaft and between 5.5 and 6” at the base. The variation depends on if I’m going solo or if my wife is helping out. With her aid, I get the biggest. If I clamp during foreplay it get’s it’s biggest and hardest. No puffyness either, just a nice hard erection. So, I suppose my combination is working for me…and her. After some good mutual oral attention for long enough I can now use just my penis to stimulate a g-spot orgasm for her.

Coming from impotence, I’m calling this a success.

Very blessed. To have a woman who loves me enough to put up with me and my shit for as long as she has, work with me through my impotence, and work with me after the discovery of PE, and has made me a better man…I couldn’t have asked for better. Lilj76 - you are doing a LOT more pumping than I do — I just pump a couple of minutes to add extra expansion for the clamping.

dangleman, I am just seeing if I can go a little further. I did not see any negative effects only true positive ones. If I believe there are any problems occurring I will back off. Great routine though. Thanks for the inspiration on this one.

I’ll give that a try. As clamping is new to me, I’m not that good at wrapping for it yet. So far, clamping without a wrap causes less pinching because I’m able to get the clamp almost BP. I can’t get the wrap that close. My FP is only a little less than 1”.

I’ll keep trying to see if I can improve my clamping with a wrap.

Little hobo - I just use a piece of soft and rather thick cloth, wrap it around the base of my shaft before putting the clamp on. Is incredibly easy and takes only half a second. Don’t get all worried about technical wrapping methods.

Thanks dangleman, I’ll give it a go tonight. I’m only doing two sets today. I messed the first one up because my wife and I got a bit carried away as soon as the clamp came off…oops. You know how it is, when your woman says, “I want it now.” Then when it’s time for me to back off from the edge a bit says, “don’t you dare stop now.” Well, you know what happens then. I guess the morning set was a wasted workout, but the postworkout session was pretty damn fun anyway. I was too busy today to do the midday set so I’ll get the night time work and try to control myself.
