I have reduced my pumping to only 20 min per day
added 20 min jelq
and recently 120 min of hanging 17.6 pounds

I’m 8x6 BP and aim to 10x8 NBP

warmup
I hang 30 min (four 15 min sessions with 18 pounds)
I warm water pump 10 min right after
I wet jelq about 10 min right after

I wear a 1 pound ADS (circle device) until my evening session (8 - 12 hours) when

I started at about 6.5”

from 1990 to 2005 pumping has been my only PE activity (with several long breaks)

gained almost a full inch by pumping only

added Jelq and hanging in the last year

I made about half of an inch by hanging.

The routine I posted is made of a morning and an evening workout with ADS in between.

I see. I apologize for my negligence: from now on I shall pay much more attention to grant a proper use of the language. I presume reminding the forum I am Italian and not American might induce you all, folks, to let me get away with some minor mistakes I could not overcome, even in a life time study of your intriguing, yet tricky, language.
