I have heard that Pumping is only good to give temporary gains. Do you experience temporary gains from pumping? How much? Has anyone gained from pumping, how long did it take to get those gains?

Thanks for any help.

If you do a little searching or read some older posts from the veterans here you’ll find several that have made incredible PERMANENT gains from pumping. Gprent, Avocet8 just to name a few. I havent been pumping long enough to see any permanent gains yet but I have gained from other manual exercises.

I recently decided to purchase a good quality pump instead of the gravel cylinder many use for homemade pumps. The LA pump is more my size and of better quality. The flared/extended base seems to keep alot of unwanted skin from getting sucked into the pump. I havent used it yet since it just came in this past Friday but starting tomorrow I will give it a shot.

No I haven’t started pumping, but looking into it as it seems like a simple and good thing to add to my routine.

But could someone please tell me, do you experience temporary gains of like an inch or two, because a guy I know says he goes from 9” to 11” when pumped.

I’ve been pumping for 3 weeks and 2 days, I gained around 1/16 - 1/8th of temporary instant girth in the first few days, that is all.

You can achieve temporary instant gains of anywhere from 1/8 to 3/4 inch depending on your length of conditioning and the type of routine you are using. Also, depending on the length of your conditioning, these temporary results will last anywhere from say 1 hour to 24 hours after pumping. Now here is probably where the misconception that pumping gains are not permanent comes in. Guys will pump for a month or two and because they see most of these instant results disappear in a relatively short time, they get discouraged, give up and say pump gains are only temporary.

But like any form of PE, change and growth take time and proper technique. Pumping gains are permanent when you stick to a moderate consistent program for an absolute minimum of 3 months although 6 months to a year would be preferred. And you also have to come to realize that no longer how long you pump for, your instantaneous size right after pumping will always be quite a bit larger then your actual growth size.

So say you started out at 6X5. After 6 months your are able to have a post pump result of say 7X5.75, but your actual permanent gains are on the order of 6.5X5.25. That’s how it works.

Would you say this is the process toward permanent gains, for you experienced pumpers?
Assuming you can make permenent gains pumping.
I will be blunt- Can you make Significant permanent gains from pumping?

According to the experts - which I am not. The short answer is yes. But it takes time and consistency.

I started a bit over 3 months ago with pumping only. Then added the newbie routine. Now I hang briefly, pump for 20 minutes at moderate pressure, then when my wife is available to help out, I clamp after pumping. There is occasional, intermittent ADS weight use, but I’m not doing that too much.

I was advised by the experts that this would be too much, too soon when I was planning to do 3 sessions as described each day so I only do one or two. Since beginning PE, I’ve gained from 4.5NBPEG x 4.5 EG (base) (estimated 5.5 BPEL). Now I’m at 6 7/16 BPEL and have a slight gain in EG 5” base, haven’t measured mid shaft lately. This is the real size, not what it is post workout - I don’t measure PWO because I want to keep it honest and not have a letdown when I go to use it the next day and it’s much smaller.

I attribute most of this to pumping because it’s what I’ve done the most consistently.

Warning: Don’t get discouraged if gains stop or slow down dramatically. I gained a lot (for me) pretty quickly and thought I was going to build the legend in under a year…now they are coming MUCH slower. Very slow but still gradually happening. More importantly, my erection ability was nonexistant when I started (the real reason I got the pump) and now I’m having sex almost every day.

If one religiously sticks to a routine of, say, 30 minutes when he wakes up and 30 minutes before going to bed at a low to moderate pressure (that is a pressure which does not make his penis look like a burnt sausage, but like a bigger penis), in time (months) he will reach his maximum length and girth faster and faster and, eventually increase it. Once reached the desired measure, the same routine must be done for about a year in order to be talking about permanent results (still expecting partial loss of size if he quits completely). What is good is that, with just a ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes before bed maintenance routine he’ll be able to keep just about all his gains. In my experience, the most important aspect of the issue - for being able to do a long term routine - is being able to have your pumping tools before hand in the bathroom in a way that wife, friends or kids cannot realize what you are doing - having the habit of spending 30 or 45 minutes in the bathroom, twice a day, is just a matter of having others accept you are a long shitter. After my workout, I put my cylinder on top of the sink, close to the mirror and I put in it my tooth brush and my tooth paste. Nobody ever thought it was anything else than a nice way to store my staff (kaplan pump is perfect for this). I use no pump, I suck the air with my mouth (which can produce much more pressure than needed) and to seal the pressure I bend the plastic tube and fix it with an elastic. The only weird part of the device is the little plastic tube, which is stored in my beauty case, but I could need an enema every once in a while (in fact, I am a long shitter), that is the possible explanation. For years I have used this method with different girlfriends, a wife or travelling and going through customs without a single problem.

I hope this little tips may help: it took me years to make them up, but they have been good enough to let me succeed in swinging an 8x6 boner.

I started with about 6.5 x 5 in 1990 (on and off)

I always thought pumps were for just one night only gains.
I thought it was like
1.get hard,
2. Pump
3. Take it out, marvel at it’s size,
4. J/o or maybe do your girl,
And that it, it just goes away after that.

So how did people get permanent gains?
By doing it over and over again in supplement to regular exercises?
Could that be it?
What do you think?
