Red Dots Petechiae

Red Dots Petechiae

Bathmate recommends using their penis pumps 3 times a day and 5 minutes each time. When I do this I get red dots known as petechiae. Should I just go down on time until I’m used to it?

how much pressure tho?

In my opinion and most would agree, if you’re getting petechiae in 5 minutes, it is too much vacuum. Are you using the bathmate for a sex boost or for PE? In the PE aspect, 5 minutes is not very long.

This is the same advice I would give anybody without a gauge.
What you can do: Kegel and watch your glans in the tube. If it expands and contracts with your kegel, do another pump or partial pump, try and sneak up on it. Just when it stops contracting, is a good place to stop. You’ll be just over your natural vascular ability. Then check every so often, kegel again and see if you need to do a maintenance pump. Don’t check constantly, you’ll just tire out your PC muscle and the reference will be lost. You don’t need to max out the bathmate to get a safe result. Most of their models achieve anywhere between 10hg-15hg at max, almost three times the vacuum that you actually need to effectively PE.

The best you can do: Get a pump with gauge and you won’t have to guess and you’ll be pumping to the same level every time. It’s very easy to over pump without a gauge, as you’ve come to find out for yourself.

If stealth pumping in the shower or bath is your only option, then I understand there are limitations. Pumping with anything other than a bathmate in that situation is somewhat unreasonable. Fumbling with a cylinder, hose, and pump while showering could be more trouble than it’s worth. I think I would find some other way to get my pumps in. Though, I wouldn’t ever be using a bathmate either. Take that with a grain of salt.

7.1 x 5.1 and growing! Final goal: seeking celebrity:) ) 8x6

I have been using the bathmate for a month and a half and i had a few red dots every now and then when i was using a bit more pressure, but nothing serious. Today however i got a ton of red spots after only i 5 minute session, as i have used too much pressure. I already had a good pressure but then i got “greedy” and pumped once more and ignored the slight pain in my glans. So my conclusion is that the main reason for the red dots is too high pressure.. it only took me 5 minutes of too high pressure to get them VS normally i do 3x5 min and have no red spots (or like 1-2 max). Normally after 3x5 min + jelqing between sets I get a good expansion that lasts for a couple hours so I think im doing it correctly.

Also another factor might be your erection. Its suggested that you first start using the pump while flaccid, then after a few weeks you go in semi erect, and after another few weeks you go in fully erect. I do get to my max pump faster if i go in erect, but for me personally i dont really feel any difference once i reach max pressure.

This is what i found about them on the internet, so it seems they could also happen if you pump up too fast:

“If you pump blood into the penis too quickly, you might see some purplish bruising or blistering on the shaft, or pin-point sized red dots caused by mild bleeding under the surface of the skin (this is called ‘petechiae’). These are not permanent, and are usually painless and subside with time. If you notice bruising or a blister, do not continue to use the pump until the issue has noticeably subsided.

To help avoid this issue, try leaving a few seconds in between each pump. Typically, the blood moves into the penis slower than the air leaving the cylinder, so it’s important to make sure the full potential of blood coming into the penis is achieved by leaving a pause between pumps. Using a manual exercise to move blood into the penis in between pumping can also help recondition the penile tissue, and result in better erection quality.”

Bathmate

Not sure if this message sent the first time, so I’m sending it again. When I use the bathmate at half pressure I don’t get completely erect. Is this ok?
