Petechiae/bruising After Pumping

Petechiae/bruising After Pumping

So I’m more looking to see if this has happened to anyone else as I know that treatment for the injury is some down time from PE.

Been doing PE for a few months but have been sporadic with methods trying to find what works for me. Settled on pumping and have been working through refining my routine. Started with dynamic and ended up with spots. Switched to a lower pressure static which has been working well. Experimenting with different size tubes as well.

New routine I settled on was in the morning use a 1.75” tube for 20min at 5 to 7 in/Hg and in the evening same time/pressure except with a 2”tube.

Just had my first pump after a long rest day (thursdays evening pump was early evening and Saturdays pump was late morning). So I’ve probably had 36+ hours of off time. So I did my morning pump with the 1.75” tube and at the end I had a bunch of petechiae/red spots/brusing etc. Something I havent had since switching to the low pressure static pump from dynamic.

Has anyone else had this happen after a long rest day?

You’re simply using too much vacuum.

T,

I didnt change any pressures and maxing out around 7hg has been working well for me.

I guess I’ll try keeping it down around 5 again.

I just didnt know if this is something that happens every now and then.

I used the same pressures, same lube. Same time, etc. The only change is I used a smaller tube to try to make the morning session focus on length and planned to use a wider tube in the evening to try to focus on girth.

It’s just odd to me that it occured with minimal change.

I think a 1,75 tube put more pressure because you pack more of that tube than you do with a 2,0 tube.

___Gain Bpel +2,5 Bpfsl +3,1 Meg +0,3 Beg +0,3

That could be. All of the spots and bruising was on the shaft, nothing on the glans.

I may not understand what you are saying here, but -5inHg (example) is the same no matter if you are in 1.75” or a 2” tube. If you are more packed in one tube versus the other tube, the vac pressure has the same impact on the exposed part of your dick is the same. Just less dick is impacted in the tube which is packed more.

If you are saying that the vac pressure changes more in a tube because you pack it more, then I agree with you.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Probably just one of those things. Our body is complex and doesn’t always follow a pattern from day-to-day. In the same way that someone can run everyday without issue and then one day have a really sore knee, PE exercises can clearly cause issues from one day to the next.

Just take things slow and monitor yourself closely whilst doing any exercises so that you can at least identify any changes and then hold off for a while to let things settle.
