So I have an unusual unit I think.

I have a pretty serious difference between my BEG at 6” (6.15 if absolutely 100%) and MSEG at 5.25”, with it tapering thicker the last 3 inches (BPEL 7.5) I believe this is either from clamping or hanging, as I am unsure of what a differential there was when I started

Anyway, after a long break for many years (well, 5 mins in a bathmate every other day for a while) , I have restarted PE seriously. And that MESG is what needs targeting. With squeezes and mostly manual clamping, I can target that area.

But it’s so obvious to me, it’s not getting hit in the pump. I am packing the last two inches or so of a 2” cylinder, but the rest is no where close. I am doing 10 mins x 3 at 5hg. Getting hard going in, but not watching porn to maintain.

It feels like nothing and maybe it is. I can tolerate 10hg but then get a small bit of fluid buildup in the pulled back foreskin under the glans.

So I want to try and pack all above the two inches or so that I do pack, but trying to think of creative ways to do so.

Any thoughts on ways to achieve this?

When you pump the top section packs the tube which reduces vacuum impact on the central tihnner section.

Try placing a silicon sleeve or girth band over the upper section which will limit the expansion of that section.

Or maybe some toe shields or even boxing wrap material work for me.
I also hit mseg by edging with a metal ring on, Ulis and constant measuring while doing PE, next day after PE and so on, untill the gains keep coming up more often than not.
Clamping after pumping using more material to wrap beneath the clamp in order to cover more of the shaft and stimulate it with less clicks also helped.
Wearing a ring around the glans with a small part of silicone sleeve/toe shield like material right underneath the ring under the glans also helps me get more mseg in a session.

Would this work in work in reverse?
If you want the BSEG to MSEG to not expand and the MSEG and head to pack?

So some sort of BSEG wrap to put pressure on the other half of the shaft?

I need help with an understanding. Does using the silicone glove with the pump help in general penis girth?

Do I need to use this sleeve from the base to a little below the glans? Or can it be from the base to the middle?

In the case if my intention was to gain girth in a specific area of the penis, will the area that is covered by the sleeve not be worked on like the area that is not with the sleeve?

I’m asking this because I read on the forum that using a glove with the pump helps with girth by causing back pressure in the pumping process. And from what was said here it was contradictory to what I read.

In general, you could talk a little about the sleeve used with the pump, I think it makes a lot of sense against pressure made by the sleeve on the pump, but I didn’t find many things on the forum about it.

Actually, not really, I probably didn’t explain it the best.

So it’s basically 5.25” at the glans, Midshaft and then 3 inches towards base, goes to 5.5” and eventually to 6” at the actual base.

I only care about working those areas above the 3 inches at the base where I pack. I was thinking that perhaps adding a small silicone
cock ring to above those areas past 3 inches in the tube would help?

The base is thicker than your mid and upper shaft and the base packs the cylinder. The remaining shaft does not pack the cylinder and you would like it to even with the base.

Options:
1) continue as you are and let the base pack. The cylinder walls will restrict the base from more growth and allow the vacuum to impact the upper and mid shaft and continue to gain.

2) apply a silicon sleeve to the base so that section is further restricted while the upper and mid are fully open to the vacuum pressure.

Frankly I am unsure how much difference there is in these two options. Placing a silicon sleeve on the section you wish to restrict may only provide a little piece of mind that the base is restricted and the remainder of the shaft is still allowed to expand.

Some guys advocate using a cock ring while pumping. My personal experience is that a cock ring only allows more edema buildup. Edema is ok if you’re looking for a little extra girth before sex, but it does not help with permanent gains.

Perhaps someone with a differing experience can explain their procedure where a cock ring helps with permanent gains.
