I had considered three sessions of 6-8 minutes of pumping at 4 with a 5 minute clamp session between each of the three pumping sessions. Pump / Clamp / Pump / Clamp / Pump. Total time, w/ a minute between each
activity would be about 31 minutes under the pressure of pumpaing and clamping.

Anybody else tried these two in combination?

Any ideas or experiences you can share would be helpful.


Current 01/14 BPEL 6.375 - Flaccid 3.50 (**now 4.5 as of 7/1/14)

From what I’ve read, pumping requires shorter breaks between sets (30-60 seconds), while clamping requires longer breaks (5 minutes), so what you want to do with only 1 minute breaks might be too stressful?

If I were you, I would start with pump-clamp-pump with 5 minute break after clamping, then move on to pump-clamp-pump-clamp with 3-4 minute break after clamping and ultimately pump-clamp-pump-clamp-pump with 2-3 minute break after clamping. Break after pumping can be 30-60 seconds in all cases.

Experiment and see for yourself, but be sure to start out slowly and carefully, listen to your penis.

I alternate pumping and clamping. I start with a 10 minute clamp at 4 to 5 hgs. Jelg for about a minute then clamp for 12 minutes. Then jelg for several minutes and repeat process.

I’ve been doing it for 3 weeks and its the best expansion I’ve ever had.

Unfortunately, I do not think odoilrulls has posted since the end of 2010. It would have been interesting if he could report his results.

sta-kool: This is very usual. Someone writes about a routine and just when it starts getting interesting it just stops… Bad form! :)

I just did this for the first time today, and found this thread after. Pumped for 2x10 minutes followed by 10 minutes in the clamp and finished with just a few minutes in the pump. It just occurred to me that I had such a good pump I should take advantage of it so I threw on the clamp.

I think it’s a great idea, at least it feels great, and I’m going to try to continue along these lines. Not sure what the routine will end up being but I will try to keep you posted here rather than start another thread about it.
