Pumping at 10Hg for 3 20 minute sets

What do pumpers think of this?

10Hg is fairly strong. Previously I was only pumping at 5HG.

However pumping at a much higher pressure has lead to about a cm gain in less than a week.

I have done this pump session of three sets about 5 times now and can honestly say I have had some quick gains.

I have marked the pump at 15.5cm where I was previously reaching in the tube length now I’m hitting 16/16.5cm

I will be carrying on with the routine for the coming week and hope to see further ‘gains’ in length.

Not to mention the gains in girth as my unit comes out of the tube super fat.

Questions:

Do people think 10HG is too high a pressure and could cause damage. I must say I havent felt too much discomfort and feels quite good to be getting so much expansion.

The pump I am using is the exact same one as seen in NAked tomato’s post….
Finally Purchased a good pump.

Any advice would be great

Whenever I exceed 5 hg for more than five minutes or more, my dick generates a doughnut. I periodically pump up to 15 hg for 30 seconds or so and the top of my dick moves out about an additional 1/4 to 1/2 inch; however this is because the higher vacuum is pulling the base of the tube further into my fat pad.

Personally, I don’t think 10Hg is that much at all, but then again, 10Hg is generally my floor. My ceiling is about 22Hg which I DO NOT RECOMMEND to the majority of pumpers out there. It took a long time to build up to that and a lot of patient pumping. But for me, I knew that maintainig levels below 5-7Hg would get me nowhere. The path I’ve taken has produced some very good results and EQ hasn’t diminished at all.

The thing is that you must GO SLOWLY in building up the pressure. Take your time - pumping is the one PE method where patience truly is warranted in order to avoid injury/loss of EQ.

One thing you need to be sure to do is take a break at least every 15 minutes and jelq. I typically do 100 reps for every break. Helps control edema, keeps your cock more uniform and gives it a little stretch to aide in length.

I notice a few people on this site recommend pumping at low pressures (maybe this is in the interest of safety) as per gprent’s thread. Who is a vet may I add.

However I have been pumping seriously only a matter of weeks/ months however I have had great results at around 10hg (which is high pressure for me), however even with 5hg and lower pressures I have not given it enough time to see what the results of a lower pressure pumping regime would be.

I guess its whatever suits the PE’er.

You can do as you like of course but be very careful with pressures like that, I pumped at around 6”hg for a few months when I first started and ended up with terrible discolouration which took over a year to get rid of, and no gains !.

At higher pressures, there is more stretch in the tube, because there is more force pulling. Everybody is going to be bigger in the tube at 10” Hg compared to 3” Hg. It doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the best routine for your gains.

I normally pump at 3” Hg, and I’ve experimented going higher. The length increase for extra pressure goes something like this for me.

3” Hg: baseline for comparison
5” Hg: +0.4 cm
7” Hg: +0.2 cm more
10” Hg +0.2 cm more and won’t go any farther.

But I don’t pump over 3” Hg anymore after those initial experiments because at 4-5” Hg I get too much fluid build-up. It looks and feels unhealthy when I come out. And at 6”Hg+ it’s painful in the tube. At 3” Hg the size increase in the tube is relatively smaller, but if I’m pumping regularly for a couple weeks or more, there’s a cumulative effect. It’s not much each session at 3” Hg, but it adds up over the weeks and months.

Plenty of guys obviously get results by pumping at low pressures over the long term. That’s the main camp here, and it sounds like you’ve already tried that for a while. That being said, some guys are the exception to the rule like iLogPE, and can safely gain at higher pressures. Some guys have gotten quick gains at high pressures. Other guys have gotten nothing from higher pressures even despite years of work at it. So use any permanent size gains as your measuring stick rather than size in the tube. And transition to higher pressures gradually over a period of months if you go that way.

I used to pump at 10-25hg, back when I first got my tube and went crazy with it. I ended up doing too much and getting ED for about 4 months… Which oddly enough was cured with more pumping. But that’s another story.

Personally, I like high intensity shorter routines like this but you have to be very careful like everyone says. I wouldn’t recommend any more than 2 or 3 sets, and if you’re going to keep it at 10HG then don’t add anymore than 10 or 20 seconds to one set every time you PE. No more than 90 min maximum per set. And make sure you take more rest days. You can’t go at it like this 6 days a week for months on end and not expect to tear yourself down. Maybe 2-3 times a week max, and make sure you start backing off on that pressure every couple months to prevent or train around minor injuries.

Above all else monitor your EQ closely. If you need a pump to get hard then you’re pushing yourself too much and need to back off on it a bit.

After a week of pumping at 10Hg I now can pump to 16cm at 5hg when before I could not reach this point in the tube at the lower pressure,

Is this a positive indication.

I am starting to think maybe do a week on 5hg and then next week back to 10hg.

I must say I do like the massive expansion I get at 10HG

Does sound positive, also cycling the pressure sounds more sensible if you’re going to go to 10”hg.
Rather than a week you could try 1 day at 10”hg then the rest of the week at 5”hg ?

I’ve gotten a solid .5” gain in girth, but that’s been in conjunction with a lot of other girth exercises coupled with pumping. My current routine now is primarily pumping and jelqing and I’m looking to add another .5”.

I don’t use any type of special pump and cylinder. I purchased my manual brass pump from PumpToys and I also have an electric pump. I use the manual 90% of the time since my electric is kinda noisy. I have several cylinders that I use from various manufacturers. There are two different routines depending on which area I’m focusing on for that session (cock-only or testicle pumping). For cock-only, here’s my full routine:

- 2-3 min warmup
- 15 min in 2.25” cylinder - pulse - max 12Hg, level at 8Hg (if the warm up doesn’t get me sufficiently loose and my flaccid full, I’ll start in a 2” cylinder for about 5 minutes to get me going).
- approx. 100 jelqs
- 15 min (or until packed) in 2.25” cylinder - pulse - max 15Hg, level at 10Hg
- approx. 100 jelqs
- 20-30 min full package pump in 3.5” cylinder - sustained max 10Hg
- about 50 full package jelqs
- 10-15 min pump in 2.5” cylinder (cock-only) - pulse - max 20Hg - level at 15Hg

Even though that routine is focused on cock-only, I will still do a small set of full package so I can kinda maintain uniformity. When I want to concentrate on my balls, I’ll still do the first two pump sets but after the second set of jelqs, I’ll pump in my LongJohnny for as long as I can - sometimes it’s only a hour, sometimes it’s up to three hours. All depends.

I originally didn’t have a gauge, so I simply pumped until I wouldn’t stretch any more in the tube. wait about 5 minutes and slowly pump til no stretching, then wait again. I started with 3 sets of 20 minutes.without a gauge, I would sometimes pump too high, and end up with water blisters on the head. It would take weeks for them to heal and me to resume pumping. In time I toughened up. Now that I have a gauge, my pumping was from 10 to

15 Hg’s. Didn’t increase the length that much, I found hanging better for that. But it certainly did increase the girth.To stop the donut I used 1.75 inch tube 2 1/2 ” long, one end having a 45 degree slant instead of straight across.That way the shield fits “tightly” under the head.For safety, the tube is paper, covered with cellophane tape to protect it from lube.An hour has resulted in permanent girth gains, without the penis looking deformed. My original penis ring was a golf club holder (for the golf bags),meaning a 1 1/4 inch tube that I couldn’t get off once erect until I came.Over the years my ring size moved up to 1 3/8, then 1 1/2, then 1 3/4 followed by 2.0 inches..I was ready for 21/4 when I had several prostate reaming jobs, followed by a removal. My erect girth size not ring size, depending on the day, was between 7.5 and 8.0 and my flaccid was between 6.5-6.75 before the operations and resultant year(s) without regularly PEing. Still,without renewed regular pumping, my flaccid girth hangs around both sides of 6”. I need trimix now for an erection, so I don’t think 7.5” is again in the future.

In short, long, high pressure works wonders, but it takes years and years to built up the toughness required.

I certainly agree with this. Took me about 18 months from the time I made a concsious decision to increase pressure to the levels I can get today. I can hit 22Hg but can’t stay there terribly long, maybe a minute or so. I’ve seen guys go to much higher levels but they’ve been pumping for a several years.
