I have been pumping and was curious about the physiological aspect of pumping.

westla90069 explained the physiological aspect of pumping to me:

” In the pump cylinder atmospheric pressure is reduced. This allows the “normal” erection to reach “maximum” erection simply be reducing the outside pressure on the penis. You don’t have to be ejaculating to get the max erection. By allowing you to have a maximum erection for longer than a few seconds (which is the normal amount of time — during ejaculation) you put that little bit of extra stress on the tunica which can cause the microtears and repairs that allow gains.”



SOO from this it would lead me to believe that since people with low LOT’S have small tunicas, they would benefit most from pumping, as this is the opposite stretch of hanging.

I’m just thinking about this roughly….feel free to comment..and correct me if I’m wrong….but..

…. it seems to me like people with low LOT’s should pump and people with high LOT’s should hang.

Oh, another thing. I’ve been pumping for almost a month, and already I’m getting a different LOT than I was at the beginning. it stated at 8 and now I’d say it’s 8:30 or 9. Of course I have trouble with measuring my LOT, but it’s definitely improved. whether or not this is related to the pumping is not for sure though.

A quick clarification on LOT:

Your LOT signifies (crudely) how long your ligaments are. By ligaments I mean the suspensory and fundiform primarily. Those with a high LOT, have short ligs, and therefore more inner penis which is being hugged against the body. Lengthening those ligaments will “release” this inner penis and allow more to be exposed by drawing it away from the body.

Your LOT does not signify the size of your tunica.

I would recommend hanging to anyone regardless of LOT. If you have a low LOT it is time to hit the upper angles and stretch the tunica. If you have a high LOT you may still have some quicker (relative to tunica) gains to make.

It is possible to raise your LOT slightly when the inner penis is stretched. With your LOT you should be hanging straight down (SD), aiming to get into true BTC.

From our previous discussions I seem to remember you are able to get into BTC? If so keep at it, as the quickest gains will come from the ligaments.

I didn’t mean for this to be a pumping discussion, more of a discussion of LOT and the effect of pumping on it. Oh well I guess I worded it wrong :/

Your LOT can only really signify at what angle your ligs start taking the stress of the force you are exerting on your unit.

For some, their ligs begin to take the stress so far down the clock face (6-7) that they have little or no shaft to expose.

Your LOT, IMO, has very little to do with the size of your tunica, or it’s ratio to anything. A large tunica suspended by long ligaments is just a large volume of tunica that is not tightly held to the body.
