Pumping and Hanging

I will try to list my new routine since Jelqing combined with pumping is not helping at all in fact it’s making things worse. My new routine is as listed. Warning not for newbies!!!

5 min warm up
10 min manual stretching with a fifteen second pull and a ten second slap on the thigh to restore some fresh blood.
5 min break
10 min hanging with 3 sets and 5 min break in between sets.
5 min break
Then I go by avocet8’s routine in post # 1 of Vacuum Pumping 101
but since I getting hurt jelqing before and after pumping. I’m trying to enter the tube erect as possible and for breaks between sets, well this routine is a work in progress so any info good or bad well be much appreciated.
