IS pumping really no good when hanging?

Bib says so, so do a lot of people, I’ve been hanging for a good 3-4 months, I’ve seen gains, but I really want to add pumping into the equation.

I have added it as of yesterday and I must say my EQ hs improved by 50% no joke.

I don’t see how it could directly affects hanging, as long as you hang the same and stretch the ligament if your hanging btc.

Please cold any of you give any personal exeriences with hanging whilst pumping or vise versa.

I have also learnt a lot about pumping at vacpumper.com, I have been pumping at 4hg for 25 mins straight and seen good expansion that lasts like never before.

Saiyan pumps in the evenings after hanging, but he`s not an “extreme” pumper and I think he does it mainly for EQ and circulation.

I think what Bib is saying is that fluid build-up will make it harder to attach the hanger. That, and also that all the time spent pumping could be spent hanging ;)

So, if you personally can pump without it interferring with your hanging, where`s the problem?

I started pumping while hanging. I did this because the base of my penis was starting to have less girth than the rest of my shaft (from pulling so long without working on girth). I use a cylinder size that I “pack” the sides full when pumping. 2 inch cylinder is great for me. My penis shaft is all the same girth now, not to mention it’s straightening out my penis as well (I wasn’t expecting this). I hang throughout the day, then pump at night that way I don’t have to worry about fluid buildup. For me this is working great, my ligs get their ass kicked in the day which makes my pumping sessions more productive (less pull back from the ligs). I’m not saying this is for everyone, but its working for me and I’m sticking with what works.

I pump long 30 minutes sessions 3 to 4 times a day at 5 to 6 hg.
I cut back on my hanging to 3 x 20 minute sets.


2009: 5.8 BPEL 5.0 EG Before hanging.

2011: 7.7 BPEL 5.4 EG Hanging 1 to 2 hours a day with Bib starter (padded).

Goal : Length goal hit, cementing now. working on 6.0 EG now.

1. Get a really big container… one large enough to hold a hanger and your dick.
2. Fabricate it into a pump.
3. Pump and hang together.

Apparently this thread isn’t about that.

IMO, I think hanging and pumping go well together in your daily routine. Hanging is like you working out stretching the muscles. And pumping is the Protein you consume after working out to build up new muscle.

I would say Jelq, Hang in the morning.

And then at night do a grueling session of Jelq 20 mins., Hang 20 mins., and then 20 min. Pump (for me, its Bathmate).

If you can fit the girth exercise from Jelq, and the Stretch from Hanging, following by the Massiveness you get from Pumping, That looks like a solid routine, but I would suggest doing it every other day.

That does sound like a good routine. I might have to alter things personally. For me jelqing is the most time consuming exercises for me. Even though my EQ is quite dam good it take me just over an hour to do 150-200 jelqs. It’s bloody annoying.

I won’t be hanging as of yet as I am only after a small increase of length. Hopefully I can gain that threw my pump ( I also have a bathmate). But if I were to break up with my girl friend I would probably go all out and shoot for a 9” piece of meat.

I think I might do a 3-5 minute pump then hang. (If it were to come to that)

One thing I was thinking, if it’s pointless or not. My girl friend has funny shifts (she works in a casino and the shifts are quite random) Some days/nights I see her and some days/nights I don’t.

If I hang on the days/nights when she’s at work does anyone think I would actually gain anything? It would only be a few days a week.

I might try out pumping and hanging (not at the same time, of course). Fluid buildup shouldn’t be a problem because I will pump at low pressure to avoid fluid building up in the first place and I will use a home made vacuum hanger so there will be no need for a wrap.

Okay,

You said you aren’t getting any results while hanging. In my opinion, you should focus on getting results from hanging because obviously you are doing something wrong. You don’t want to waste 4 months of hanging and then throw pumping in the equation because it will make length gains a bit harder. You can weaken your ligs while doing intense pumping, but you can also weaken your ligs by doing intense manual stretch in hot shower.

My opinion :
1. FOCUS on hanging because you did something wrong
2. Tell us your LOT so maybe we can give you advice
3. I gained .75 inches in two months with hanging everyday and 10 sets of manual stretches and manual tunica stretch for about 30 minutes a day. What have you done?

Don’t give up hanging, because throwing pumping or girth gain in the your PE routine will further hinder length gains.

Good idea. If it’s not broken, fix it… or wait? You’re gaining already; are you sure you want to risk messing that up?

I pump first, then hang. I find that the pumping relaxes the tissue and gives me a good initial stretch. I also always come out of the tube quite ‘hot’—i.e., instant warm-up. Take a liitle break, hang for 20 min., break, pump, rest, hang. I finish up with pumping.
