Inexpensive Cylinder

Saw on Drugstore.com, sexual well being under “diet and fitness”, new arrivals: Pump for Beginers, $9.09. Just throw away the bulb and adapt to perhaps, Harbor Freight pump. They do not give size but my guess is 1 3/4” i.d..

For $9, it is worth a try. However, the cylinder walls are probably thin and it will “cut” into your fat pad so you should consider a silicone sleeve. The tube is most likely not attached with a standard connector so it will probably be difficult to modify it to accept a Harbor Freight pump. On the positive side, you should be able to use it for water pumping with out concern you will harm an expensive system.

Just remember not to pump to the point where there is any pain or discomfort.

dtwarren: Good criticism. I already have a rig that I like. Just thought this a good, noobie, cheap way to start. My “Harbor Freight” came with a half dozen male and female fittings that would either fit on the ridged nipple or, male, to fit into a shortened bit of the flex tube provided.

By the way, my Harbor Freight came with a reservoir like glass that should protect the pump from water damage. It’s legitimate use was for brake bleeding so I never connected it. What, on Thunder’s, is the best tutorial on water pumping with a std. air pumping rig? Thanks, if you have an answer. I would like to try water pumping.

If you search “water pumping” you should get a lot of information. Generally, water pumping works similarly to air pumping, just a different medium. Some claim better results from water pumping, whereas, others prefer air. I find water pumping too restrictive as to where you do your pumping.

I got one from Amazon for $25 and must say its a great tube.

Review of $9.09 pump cylinder

My previous thread about the $9.09 pumping rig. Please refer to it above:

My order came yesterday and it is ANYTHING BUT SLEASE. Comes with an acrylic (no phalates) cylinder that is 2 1/8” i.d. and slightly over 8” long. It has solid sides that do not give, a nipple that fits tightly to the very speciallized flex hose attached to what they are calling a medical weight bulb, and also fits directly to the hose supplied with my Harbor Freight pump. The bulb pulls about 3 1/2 hg and, it being heavy weight, flex plastic rather than rubber. Starting pumpers could certainly take advantage of this discounted price at
drugstore.com (refer to above), if you are less than about 7 1/8” EL. We all expand differently but I am 7 1/4” on a good day and I nearly touch the end on 5hg. You could certainly start with the 3 1/2 vaccuum and graduate to something better when budget allows.

I for one could not find that deal on drugstore.com. They sell tons of shit. Please provide a link to the page.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

http://www.drugstore.com/ Health and Fitness. Search: "Pipedream" Begginer’s Power Pump, $9.09

I take it this is the pump: http://www.drug store.com/piped … msrch=pipedream

That might work long enough just to a see if you will like pumping, and if you do, you will want to upgrade to a more professional system.

They have another for $16. I clicked on all products from pipe dream. I’ll buy one, I’ve bee curious to try. But divorce is hell, I’m not out to spend a ton of money right now. I’ll probably pick up one of these to see if it’s worth investing more.

I just ordered one myself. Been experimenting with PE off and on for a while now. Thinking about starting again and sticking with it and have always been curious about pumping. This looks like a nice cheep way to start. Good find OP!

Erectus and northmiamitop: If you find you like pumping you can readily upgrade by purchase of “Harbor Freight” auto brake drain pump (about $35.00) which hose will fit readily to the $9.09 version. Has a gauge.

Check someof the auto magazines. There are often coupons to reduce the price to $16 or $17 at their retail outlets.

So, I got one of these yesterday (went through Amazon) and so far I have to say it was a steal. The tube is 8 inch long and about 2 inch across. It does have a “rolled-lip” at the base and came with a “pump sleeve”. The hose attachment is a nipple-style, rather than one of those valve locks.

I have not yet attached my harbor-f pump to it, but the basic ball-pump it comes with works fine. Though won’t get the same pressure levels of a real pump. With the “sleeve” getting suction is instant and easy. Thus far this simple $10 pump does a better job than the $70 pump I tried a few years back.
Again, I only got it yesterday, but for those wanting a cheap (but easy and working pump), I’d say give this a try.

(Also, those whom have issues with getting a good seal, might just try grabbing a “sleeve”, I have a feeling this is why this cheap pump works so well)

Could you technically buy this cheap pump then purchase a gauge from Amazon separately and attach it? Sorry if this sounds stupid, I’m new to pumping (skeptical about it giving gains, too, but I’m open the idea of it).
