Confusion over 2nd cylinder size.

Confusion over 2nd cylinder size.

Ok, being in the UK, I opted for the Mustang system. This comes with a 2x9” cylinder as standard.
They do spare cylinders in 1/4” increments from 2” to 3”.
The instruction mention the use of a 2nd cylinder for P&S but no mention of what size this cylinder should be.
They don’t seem to list a special P&S cylinder, just the sizes from 2” - 3”.

So I looked around. Dr Joel does a twin set. I found out that the main cylinder is 2” but still no mention of the size of the 2nd cylinder..

Any ideas on whether the P&S cylinder is a special cylinder or just a larger size and what size it is?

Thanks.

With Dr Joel Kaplan’s two cylinder set, you can order both tubes in whatever size you want. Checkout jnoutlet.com, that’s all they sell.

Is this about two-stage pumping or is it about the shaft and the balls?

I’m confused.

What is P&S?

Penis & Scrotum?

I’m guessing.

This is why the Forum Guidelines frowns on chat speak and over use of acronyms; we don’t like to guess.

With the Mustang system They do not state the size that the larger cylinder should be as they leave it to the individual to work out from their own measurements what would be a suitable size for the second Penis and Scrotum (P&S) cylinder.

Some people may find it difficult to get a good seal with the 3” cylinder without using a high vacuum. With a 6” girth a 3” would be advisable for P&S pumping.

I find the best seal to use is Aqueous Cream. It’s fairly cheap and comes in a 1 lb container for about £1. Place some on the penis and then wet the hand with water and massage the cream in. Then place some of the aqueous cream around the base of the tube and wet that. When everything is inside the tube, rotate it slightly to gain a good seal then pump.

A lower girth than 6” may require a 2¾ or 2½ cylinder for a good fit. Althougn I find the 2½” a bit too tight for both the P&S.

Ok, sorry for the coy talk causing some confusion.

Mustang talk about a two cylinder method in their instructions, one cylinder for the penis and the other for penis & scrotum.

After an exchange of emails, body images (the people who make the Mustang) suggested either 2.75" or 3" for the second cylinder, but still no hints on how to determine exactly which to use..

The Dr Joel twin cylinder set I’ve seen on the online UK stores is different to the products on Dr. Joel Kaplan Home Official Website For Dr. Kaplan’s Male Enhancement Products
The package available here doesn’t indicate what size the cylinders are. It made me think that the penis and scrotum cylinder was a special one for the job rather than just a larger size, if that makes sense..

Initially, I was having problems getting a good seal and had to keep topping up. I think this is better now, I’ve been using the ID glide I got free with my order. Last time I smeared some around the base of the cylinder, that seemed to do the trick.

Thanks for the tip on the aqueous cream, I’ll put it on my shopping list..

With an approx 5" girth, I’m finding that there’s not much room in the standard 2" cylinder.
With all this in mind I’m thinking of ordering 2.25" & 2.75" cylinders..

Thanks for all your replies.

You don’t say if the Kaplan pump can be ordered in the UK, rather than the States. If from the States, then remember the voltage there is 110 (or so) volts, so you will need a transformer to step the voltage down. And you will have to pay carriage, which can be as much as the pump

Here’s what I was talking about:
http://www.love … duct.cfm?p=4881

These don’t appear to be on the US site; I managed to find out that the standard cylinder is 2", but no mention of the size of the larger one..

The best price for Mustang cylinders in the UK seems to be a trader on ebay right now, so I’ve ordered a 2.25" to see how that works.
