Does donating get less and less as you get used to pumping?

I used to get a little donating but now I’m not really anymore. Does that mean I’ve gotten used to it? Do I need to up the pressure?

For me, they have reduced in frequency, as I became more acclimated to the vacuum pressure.

Still happens if I go too long at too high of a pressure but not nearly as easily.

Wish I didn’t donut. I really want to increase size forward of midshaft. But all I seem to do is donut 🤦‍♂️

To answer your question. If you aren’t “donutting” and you don’t have any other signs of overtraining. I don’t see any reason to not slowly increase time and/or pressure. I try to do as much as I can without seeing negative flaccid change and/or decreased erection quality.


Starting 01/01/2023 bpel 8”, mseg 6”

Goal bpel 9.25” mseg 7.25”

I tried increasing time and pressure slightly and ended up with s good bit of edema. Gunna back down the pressure and just try for time
