Clinical study - vacuum pumping can improve penis curvature and length

Yeah I mentioned this study with a link to the article in my pic thread a few months ago.

Pumping is a great exsercise for length and girth. I gained my first quarter inch in length and some base girth from 2 months of pumping back in 2008.

Most people think that pumping just pushes lymp fluid under your skin for expansion but the thing is most guy’s length increases past it’s normal erect length while in the pump.

Fluid under the skin can not do this. The temporary increase in length while in the pump is from direct expansion of the tunica and pull on the ligs.

My bpel is 9.7 inches but in the pump with a max erection my penis will hit CREEP. After 10 minutes my penis will creep up to 9.85 to 9.9 inches in length even though it’s only while in the pump at 6 gs. As soon as I release the pressure and get out of the pump, my bpel goes right back down to 9.7 inches.

That right there tells you that fluid build up only acummulates girth wise but it can’t expand length wise. So any temporary increase in length while in the pump is from the tissues of the penis being stretched. With repeated bouts of this, the temporary length increases while in the pump will become perminant with time.

Pumping is an exsercise that gets a bad rap around most PE sites and because of that, a lot of folks are sleeping on it’s true potential.

Perhaps “they don’t know” : penis enlargement is IMPOSSIBLE. Doctors said that. ;)

Do you have Peyronie’s disease? Or are you just worried that you might have it? If you are worried, have your doctor take a look at you.

The doc can tell by examining your flaccid - if you have it, he will be able to feel hardened scar tissue (plaques)

Worth noting that having a curved dick is normal. Being curved is normal and is not Peyronie’s

I agree with you that pumping is a good PE exercise, it seems to help me grow. But I wonder if the length increase under vacuum is because the suction is so high that it stretch out the ligaments. The extra blood in the penis from suction might do more on the girth?

If I want to keep my upward curve I should not pump, right?

Hey Gyrta. I don’t think pumping is going to effect your upwards curve because your curve is a result of your tunica being shaped that way. Meaning your tunica takes on a banana upwards shape naturally because of your genetics.

Guys with peyronies disease have unatural curves to there erections because of plaque and scar tissue. When guys with peyronies disease are pumping, the plaque and scar tissue gets stretched and expands as the penis is engorged with more blood then usual. The idea is for pumping to stretch out the scar tissue and make it as flexabile as the rest of the healthy undamaged tunica tissue for a straighter erection.

With your case Gyrta. You don’t have any scar tissue that’s causing your curve, so I don’t think you would have anything to worry about.

I thinking pumping would help with length gains and girth gains for you with time with out messing with your natural curve.

It will tend to straight your penis, for better or worse. I suppose if you keep below 3 in hg, it will do it less, but then most of your gains will be girth and not length at that low vacuum level.

Two intelligent people with different opinion on the matter. I don’t know much about PD but what you write about it seems reasonable Saiyan.
I think I’ll have to read more about it when I decide to pump, which isn’t in the question today.

I have also read in other studies that tested the effects of pumping that they also would pump for a few minutes then release and pump back up to erection.

They claimed that just straight pumping would actually collapse veins temporarily during the pump session “I don’t know how many or which ones”. The collapse was only temporary during the suction and releasing the suction they would no longer be collapsed. Like if your sucking a milk shake through a straw and the thicker ice cream enters the straw, if you suck too hard the straw collapses. If you suck low and steady it eventually comes through the straw.

From what I recall they did not provide what HG was used, but they would gradually pump up. Hold it for awhile and then release for a minute and do it again. They claimed much better expansion as the end results. The study claimed about 1 to 2cm of length gains.
