Can I pump even though it is not in my routine??

I was wondering if I could start using my pump even though it is not in my routine?? I ‘m asking because I don’t want it to hinder my gains.

Right now my goal is length. I just wanted to see if I could pack my tube and see how big I can get.

I only do these about 2 days out of the week. Any suggestions???

Judging by your join date, you’ve only been doing this for a short while. I’d stick with the newbee routine, for now. However, to answer the spirit of your question, once you’ve done the newbee routine for a while and your penis is conditioned for PE, you can add pumping to your routine without hurting length gains. If you read around, a lot of guys that PE for length also pump so that their penis doesn’t get skinnier as they stretch it. Just remember that if your goal is length, focus mainly on length exercises for the bulk of your routine. And, one other thing, don’t over do it on the pressure or the time when you are pumping. Keep an eye on your penis so you don’t cause injury.

I have been on my routine for about 3 to 4 months already. So now I will only do it twice a week starting pumping. Thanks for the info.

I’d suggest short duration sessions at low vacuum to start with. Don’t try to pack the tube immediately. Give it time.

With those cautions in mind, pumping can provide a whole different type of stretch in your routine.

Heat is not required, but is beneficial; I recommend the microwaveable hot packs if that is an option for you. And make sure to use adequate quantities of lube (which doesn’t have to be much).
