Brought a Bathmate

Hi all,

I’ve posted this here cause I don’t have permission to post anywhere else.

I have only tried PE once cause I don’t get enough time to myself to really get into it. So I thought id buy a bathmate cause they seemed easier and quicker. Can you actually gain anything using this? I’ve only used it twice for 20 mins a time but reading on here that could be too much for someone like me who’s just starting out.

As a starter you want to keep your sessions at 10 maximum, and even that is probably too much. Make sure not to use too much pressure. Furthermore, most people combine pumping with jelqing, so think about doing that.

20 mins max don’t go any longer.

I used it for around 4 months, gained nothing from it, apart from temp gains.

But apparently people do gain with it, use it as part of your PE program.

Yer I do but I don’t know weather I would get any perm gains off of it?
