bathmate users please help (can't get a good seal)

Hi there !

I bought a bathmate a few days ago ( I really enjoy the concept of pumping with water).

I trimmed my pubic hair but I can’t create a good seal. After a bit air starts leaking at the base. To me it seems impossible to have a shower using both hands. As soon as I take my hands off the bathmate pops away !!
My bathmate is perfect and undamaged.

Should I trim my pubic hair more ?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest shaving the base and at least the contact area. That should do the trick and then you will enjoy hands free operation.
