All Day Broken Routine?

Redlight, I would agree that Modemmer has a definite point worth trying out. As a fairly new pumper myself ( about 7 months now) I know there is a temptation to ‘push the limits’ in the early stages I did myself on a number of occasions and suffered as a result with an extremely tender urethral opening. Now taking a more moderate approach I find I can still get the gains without the pains. :)

In another thread there was a discussion on electric pumps which although expensive have a definite advantage in protecting you from bruising, blood blisters etc. by their pulsating action which allows blood circulation through its 50 strokes per minute action.

I am currently thinking of adding stretching to my pumping routine - but using a mechanical aid- e.g. penimaster or the extender. Anyone here using either of these who can give me some feedback on these it would be much appreciated. I have made good gains in girth ( approx 1”) but only 1/2” in length.

Ive been using the penimaster everyday for the past week and i can stretch my dick a little longer. Ive been doing kegels for my pc, stretching with the penismaster 1-3 hours per day, and edging out 10 times while masturbating for girth which is the only thing ive ever done for girth and im 6.5 around. I think these 3 things together will get me the gains i want and they are not to harse or to extreme i believe but over time they will add up to gains

Whats the price of an electrical pumping unit? Wouldnt mind trying that out :-)

Great thread. i think less is more and the tortoise wins the race. Why? Because its counterintuitive and substantiated by the studies on tissue stretching. Please consider that Bibs gains were from 6 hours or more a day. It may have been heavy weight but it was also on an obsessive time schedule. The PeniMaster worn on moderate tension for 8 hours a day might just do the trick. I will order one tommorrow. Lets face it. The first tendency in this business is to want fast gains. So many posters claim this and that and in certain time periods. Though some of it can be inspirational some of it too can be dangerous and far too tempting to emulate. Rethinking this it makes the most sense that slower,lighter,longer is best. Too much emotion in this stuff is fuel to fire imo. best, jelkywadholmes

I have been reading and have found this very interesting.
It seems to me that constant tension will lead to tissue growth. Eg: Stretch your ear constantly with a weight and in the long run tissue will grow.

The problem is that if you do that to a penis I do not believe you´ll gain enough girth. For girth we need Ulis, the pump, etc and it is impossible to be all the time pumping.

The question is how much time is enough to cause tissue growth?
It seems the answer is experimentation.

In my case I do not have more than one hour and a half a day.

I learned that PE expands the penis and is good for our health. The mind plays a significant role. If you are not in the right mood your sessions might be a waste of time.

10pm.. Jelqing, Uli, stretching, and pumping routine.
kegels workout.

The workouts can be something like this…

Jelqs 30-50 light intensity
Ulis 2-5 light intensity
Stretching 2-5 30 second pulls
Pump one session for 5-10 minutes at 3HG

Now you can change the times and exercises around a bit to fit into your life style, but you want to try and keep them about 4 hours apart. What we are trying to do here is create and ADS type effect to hold open the microtears that was developed in the Mon, and Tues workout to help hyperplasia to take place as you heal. Your Wed, Thurs, and Fri workouts should only have a fraction of the intensity used on Mon and Tues.

You might even try a three day intense workout followed by a two day low intensity follow up, with week ends off.
