Wrapping, is it necessary?
I have started hanging recently and I can’t get my starter to fit comfortably. Today I took off the wrapping and put it directly onto my skin. Doing this it felt alot more comfortable and fit alot better.
What is the theraband wrappings purpose?
Can I hang without using the wrapping and if so is there any reason why I shouldn’t.
Will stretch marks on the skin be more likely to appear without the wrap on?
