Weight on BTC vs SD vs SO??

Guys, I am going to post this in a few forums. I think it is a benefit for all. What have you found to be the max weights you have been able to handle BTC vs SD vs SO??I have hit just above 20 LB on SD. BTC to me is very painfull after about 13-15 LB. SO that I have used very little seems to be go above 20 LB no problem.

Remember we’re not really trying to “max” out the weight amount. We’re trying to find the lowest weight that will produce fatigue that we can sustain for a long time.

If BTC beyond 13-15 pounds is “very painful”, then I’d assume even 10-12 pounds is still “painful” and should be avoided. Granted our definitions of painful are subjective.

When you focus on increasing weight, it can lead to several problems but the biggest ones are:
1. Injury
2. You might be toughening your penis which will prevent gains

To answer your question, the highest I’ve done SD is around 15 pounds, but now I don’t go above 8.75. Highest BTC is 5 pounds, SO is 6.25 pounds.

Thanks for the reply and advice. I have always wondered what relations between angles and weight worked. Hopefully others will chime in.

I only do SD manual hanging. I started at 4 kg and gradually increased the weights to 10 kg now. At this weight, I can feel my dick being ripped out of my body but after about a minute it becomes a lot more comfortable and I can easily hang 10 kg for a lot longer.

I disagree with ErroneousZone. My belief is that to maximize gains, one must hang weights as heavy as the dick can handle and for as long as possible. And this has been my personal experience as well.

I’ve always hanged for 20 mins a day because any longer and my hands starts hurting. My best results are coming from 10 kg. Now, I should mention that I hang 10 kg for the first set of 10 mins to shockload the tunica and 7 kg for the 2nd set and I’ve always followed this pattern of higher followed by lower weights.

Needless to say, I’m getting excellent results as you can see in my signature.

Higher weights >>> More time.

Agree 100%.

I have been doing BTC with 5# and have no pain but can’t seem to get to the fatigue. But have a problem with my shaft turning to one side or the other and not straight back. Will this cause a problem and is there a way to stop it from rotating? Should I try to hold it while in the BTC position?
