Tunica work. (Opinions needed!)
I want to get some opinions of those who are solely working on the tunica.
From what I gather, the tunica is a hard area to fatigue. I am interested in the methods some of you guys have used to reach fatigue the quickest, whether it be hanging SO, OTS, OTL, or manual stretching. Does the use of a fulcrum help achieve quicker fatigue, therefore quicker gains? And what setup was most productive (use of a pulley, weights hung over the shoulder, laying flat on stomach for SO… etc.) And also are their any specific manual stretches for the tunica that anyone has had success with?
