Too Paranoid to Continue Hanging
Hello. I have purchased a Bib Hanger late last year and have been majorly on and off with it. The only amount of weight I’ve ever used for hanging is 2.5 pounds. I started at 5 minutes, then 10, then 15, then 20. I noticed that after setting up the hanger and slowly easing my hand off the weight so it stretches, I keep getting negative images of it snapping my penis off. My flaccid penis is not long or thick unless I just finish clamping.
The problem is not with the hanger, as I am able to leave it on without any pinching or falling off. I’m using a barbell weight (2.5) tied to the hanger’s hook with a rope.
However, if I hang immediately after jelqing and clamping, it feels a lot bulkier and I’m not so worried about snapping it off.
In the meantime, my routine consists of either
warm up, stretch, jelq, clamp
warm up, stretch, jelq, clamp, jelq, clamp.
What should I do? Should I only hang after jelqing and clamping, or just not hang at all? Is there a different type of weight that attaches straight to the hook without rope? I tried to do 5 pounds once, but almost lost my nerve seriously after 2 or 3 minutes. I want to get up between 5 and 8 pounds ultimately.
