Posting here since I don’t have access to the hanging forums.

Been using the LG Hanger for a few months now, but have not achieved any gains even though I have been using it for 1-2 hours a day nearly every day.

I’ve been able to get to hanging 17.5 lbs for 20-30 min (BTC, SD), but still don’t feel that pubic bone fatigue that people talk about. I can hang 7-8 lbs all day without issue.

BPFSL is longer after a hanging session, ~.3 inches.

What should I be doing?

Sticking to a routine?

Have you read BIB’s hanging routines and recommendations?

How fast have you been moving up in weight?

Have you been taking breaks?

Are you hanging 17.5lbs for sets or are you hanging 7-8lbs all day?…routine

I believe so. However I’m not sure if all of the text applies to vacuum hangers. Forum posts seem to indicate long sets are okay with vacuum hangers as long as circulation seems intact.

How fast have you been moving up in weight?
~1.25 lbs a week

Have you been taking breaks?
A few short ones when hanging wasn’t possible.

I hang ~12 lbs in one 1.5 hr ‘set’

Did you pe before hanging?

You still want to follow general guidelines on riding fatigue and when/how much to increasing weight.

You haven’t felt any fatigue at all since you’ve started and now? That is a little hard to believe. Though there are a few who have had the same problem. IF you did have fatigue and you just kept increasing weight anyways, that could have toughened you up.

IMO breaks over 1 day, as far as hanging is concerned, is bad and can also toughen you up.

So in 3 months you went up to 17.5 lbs then back down to ~12 lbs. That’s a pretty big difference in weight. From everything I’ve read as well as experienced myself, changing weight like that will not help with gains/fatigue.

There have been hangers who haven’t seen gains until over 20lbs so it is possible you are in the minority.

Yes, I followed the JP90 routine prior to hanging. Didn’t see a change, then moved to hanging.

When I initially started I felt stress on my glans, but now that the glans is conditioned, its fine.

I took one break when I got a blister on my glans - which went away after a couple days. And a few more breaks when I didn’t have access to my hanging gear.

I do my set at ~12 lbs, but I also attempt to use a higher weight initially to try to get to that fatigued state so I can ride the fatigue so to speak. But it hasn’t been working, and I’m not sure how I can get there.

Between JP90 and hanging you have seen absolutely no gains?

I would say may incorporate fulcrum hanging or bundled stretches, but if you haven’t even seen lig gains I’m a little lost.

I have had little luck with normal methods. I have not put enough time into fulcrums yet but it’s the only method that I feel my tissues stretch with.

I haven’t seen any change other than some stretched skin. EQ was great before and size is the same. I’ve tried to hang even after hot showers, but still no difference in fatigue.

I’ve never gotten gains from high force extending or hanging.

My preferred routine uses a light weight .5lb. hanger for many hours at a time sporadically and 20 minutes of 5 inHg pumping every other day.

.5lb. is enough to cause my penis to hurt down the shaft after several hours, and while it doesn’t produce temporary elongation like high weight hanging, it does seem to produce the result of a longer penis over time.

When I use high force extending or hanging, my penis gains about .25” erect length temporarily, but for several days afterward it loses .25” off my normal erect length.

Maybe this is it. I don’t get super long skinny BPSFL. But I do feel a tug back. I will look into fulcrums, but it does look risky.

Interesting that .5 lbs is enough for you. Even when I use 5 lbs (10x the weight) it feels like nothing is attached.

You might realize you have actually reached fatigue before without knowing it. If you have then you probably need to take a decon break and then start back up slowly being more careful about upping the weight and more aware of your fatigue this time.

Thanks for the link. I read through that and I think we are having different sensations. My only hint of strain came from my glans, nowhere else. Even when I first got my hanger, ~2.25 kg felt like nothing was attached.

So where should I go from here? Should I try bundled and fulcrums or something else?

Hanging 2kg right now…feels like my dick is going to come off, especially as the noose slips over my glans. Can’t wait to get my vac hanger working! As for you’re problem, it’s hard to believe you are hanging so much weight and not feeling anything! It might be due to you having a high girth.
