However, not a bad idea to look at some porn or just use your hand and mind to get an erection after hanging. Good to restore bloodflow/circulation to penis in a natural manner. Some milk or jelq, good for you if you can, but I was always a bit tender for jelqing. Hot wraps and the should/should not Q after hanging remains (IMO) unresolved, but they likely won’t be as benificial as recirc via erection. Its the vascular tissue which has been stretched and constricted and getting the natural bloodflow back by erection seems to be the best way to go. The blood also carries with it more than warmth (nutrients, oxygen, immunowhateverthefucks, etc) which is essential for healing and overall penile health. groa
