Question on Newbie Routine
OK, so everyone always says “Stick to the newbie routine for 3 months before adding anything.” Well here is my question, does this mean that for the first 3 months you should only do the 200 jelqs and 5 minutes of stretching? I ask because the notes at the bottom say “Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.”
This means at a month and a half you should be doing 600 jelqs and ten mins of stretching? I am just very confused about this and don’t know if I am over training by doing my 300 jelqs and 10 minutes of stretching on my on days.
