I wondered what your thoughts on hanging volume/intensity for my routine are.

I seem to have ligs of steel, if you were a hard gainer like me what would you give the most emphasis in your routine?

Would you concentrate on hanging heavy as much as possible (and how many hours of hang time would you suggest per week)?

Or would you go for a lower intensity routine with higher volume using the various ADS type devices?

Or if you combined the two how would you structure your routine?

Also why do you suggest this?

Whatever weight you’re using you need to be getting fatigue. Use the lowest amount possible to achieve this state.

The routine which worked best for me was 3 x 20 min sets AM and 3 x 20 min sets PM. Traction wraps or ADS in between times. I did this 9 days straight then, for the next 5, ADS 6-8 hours per day. Days off only when necessary. Monitor your progress very carefully because it’s quite punishing. Any sign of ED or injury - complete rest until fully healed/functional - no excuses!


NEWBIES, PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ATTEMPTING THIS!!!!!!!!!!! I will give you a written guarantee that you WILL suffer injury and possible permanent damage. It took me 5 months, working virtually every day, to prepare for this routine - it’s very intense and needs to be worked up to conscientiously over many months. Even then the risks are still high. Don’t even consider it unless you have been hanging at least 45hours per month (hang time) for a minimum of 4 months. You have been warned!!!

Mister, thats what was I was thinking of, but more than three sets. But I cant always do same routine every day because of odd working hours. I work in a busy store and ads and traction wraps are way too noticable, it looks like I have a hard on all day, so I cant PE at all during work. I think that would be an important part of the routine and I can only do it 1-3 days a week. What ideas have you got about this?
Its really wierd to ask for advice you know.

OK, 1-3 days is better than nothing at all. Try using an ADS in the evening/after your workout even if it’s only for a few of hours. The concept I worked on (and it may or may not work for you) was to keep the penis in a stressed or fatigued state for as long as possible - keep at it the whole time to try and maintain that state. BUT, this significantly increases your risk of injury so you must be very, very careful. Rest is important but too much rest, in your case, might be counter productive - you might be strengthening rather than breaking down.

It’s a fine line so take care!
