I wondered what your thoughts on hanging volume/intensity for my routine are.
I seem to have ligs of steel, if you were a hard gainer like me what would you give the most emphasis in your routine?
Would you concentrate on hanging heavy as much as possible (and how many hours of hang time would you suggest per week)?
Or would you go for a lower intensity routine with higher volume using the various ADS type devices?
Or if you combined the two how would you structure your routine?
Also why do you suggest this?
