Losing EQ when mixing hanging routine with jelqing
I was wondering if any of you is also doing another kind of PE with Hanging specially jelqing.
I have been hanging now for more than a month now. I do around 5-6 sets daily at 6.6lbs BTC and sometimes 1 set SD in the morning. Late in the afternoon I would do some wet jelqs around 100-125.
Over the last few days I have seen that my morning wood is not as stiff as it used to be.
Most importantly I cannot get a wood by myself. I’m on PORN DETOX for more than a month now, so may be that’s playing some role here. Last night I freaked out when I couldnt get any wood even after trying for atleast 5-10 mins. So I turned to PORN and bamn in about a minute I was up. But the EQ was still not upto the mark.
Do you guys think this is hanging related and I should take some time off? Os is this because of having hanging and jelqing sessions daily?
I read somewhere that with hanging the EQ goes down a bit. And hanging and jelqing definitely cause EQ issues.
Let me what you guys are doing to maintain EQ while doing hanging and other routines.
