Losing EQ when mixing hanging routine with jelqing

Fellow Hangers,

I was wondering if any of you is also doing another kind of PE with Hanging specially jelqing.

I have been hanging now for more than a month now. I do around 5-6 sets daily at 6.6lbs BTC and sometimes 1 set SD in the morning. Late in the afternoon I would do some wet jelqs around 100-125.

Over the last few days I have seen that my morning wood is not as stiff as it used to be.

Most importantly I cannot get a wood by myself. I’m on PORN DETOX for more than a month now, so may be that’s playing some role here. Last night I freaked out when I couldnt get any wood even after trying for atleast 5-10 mins. So I turned to PORN and bamn in about a minute I was up. But the EQ was still not upto the mark.

Do you guys think this is hanging related and I should take some time off? Os is this because of having hanging and jelqing sessions daily?

I read somewhere that with hanging the EQ goes down a bit. And hanging and jelqing definitely cause EQ issues.

Let me what you guys are doing to maintain EQ while doing hanging and other routines.

I hang & pump. I jelq in between sets to promote bloodflow. The hanging didn’t effect my EQ but the pumping/jelqing did. A change that I made which helped was cutting down duration. I still pump & jelq as much as I did before, but instead of a long pump or jelq session, I broke it down into several little sessions. EQ returned to normal along with morning wood.

I hang and wet jelq and me EQ has nevr Bern better. In fact, I notice that if I don’t jelq my EQ suffers.

Diet?

Adequite rest?

Well, I was also doing jelqs everyday however like I said off late the EQ has been down. But I guess it has more to do with the pressure that I use.

My diet is almost perfect, I workout 5 times/week and I think I’m in the best shape of my life. I’m 33, 183 cms tall and 195 lbs with 15-16% fat. I’m doing a cutting cycle at this moment to bring down my bodyfat to around 10-12% to have some visible abs. I sleep around 7 hours on weekdays and around 8 hours during weekends which for most of us in Netherlands in 3 days long :) .

@a-unit - How many jelqs do you do and with how much pressure?

Another thing that I’ve changed in my routine is that, now I do 4 sets in the morning and 2 sets in the evening. Hopefully this will also help.

Hanging and light Jelqing for me improves EQ. Only hanging lowers it temporary, but I am hanging hardcore that’s why. :D

I do about a half hour of jelqs sitting beside a hot bath using the hot water and soap for lubrication.

I would imagine I do 3-400 jelqs at pretty intense levels, enough to make the head of my dick purple.

hi A-Unit, is it OK if you jelq and later hang or is it better the other way around?

I hung yesterday and today just to try it instead of stretching manually and after the hanging i also did 2 or 3 minutes of light jelquing, just to get the blood flowing again… I tried hanging with 2lbs both times.

I hang throughout the day, so if I’m going to jelq, which I haven’t done lately, it would be between the sets.
