I’d like to know how you are hanging. Do you have a bib hanger or is it a vacum hanger?

I’m using a bib hanger and 1.25kg-2.5kg but I’m only clocking 30mins max per day. I’d like to clock up more hours as I do believe the longer hanging sessions will lead to greater gains.

I’ve only been at it a few days but can def feel its working and have faith in it. So in a month or two with dedication am convinced I will see gains!

I agree Cheeba. I’ve been hanging the golf weights ALL Day. 2lbs.easily. I’ve been hanging for 3 weeks an results are amazing. I think is the better route. Effortlessly gaining. I use heat pad on an off as well.

Is this your first foray into PE? What angle/s are you using? How are the weights attached, vacuum or clamp?

I did weights long long time ago. But stumbled on it in my own. I would tie sock around entire scrotum an hang weight, most was 5lbs really didn’t do that much. But now 7 years later I’ve stumbled on this forum an have gotten inspired again. But now I’m just using Golf Weights about 5 to 6 rings an theraband. Rings stay on with no problems. Wear all day with biker shorts. Shorts makes everything look normal but I’m gaining while just doing normal things, walking an sitting with ease. Cock is looking good an strong. Morning woods!. I beleive light weight all day everyday will do the trick. Constant penis under tension an no pain while gaining safely.

This is exactly the way I see it. So far penis extenders are the only thing that has actually been scientifically proven to work, and the amount of tension they use is actually pretty low. Starting tension in one study was 1.3 lbs and gradually increased over six months to 2.6 lbs. Participants were asked to use the device for eight hours a day, what this tells me is that the amount of time is much more important than the amount of tension.

No they haven’t. There’s been some research which at best indicates more research should be done. The research is largely sponsored by the people who make the devices. Same with pumps though the research is older.

As I understand it, there were two peer reviewed studies done in Turin Italy by certified medical doctors, one study showed an average gain of about one inch over a period of six months.

So then using that data. The golf weights is a big hit. While hanging with 6 rings all day my flaccid is a inch an half longer. An is very comfortable. As mentioned effortlessly. I’m also able to urinate with no issues without having to remove setup. Just makes a helluva lot of sense to hang all day. 1 to 2lbs all day on your penis over time will put same or more stress on the tunica versus short heavy sessions. Longer hangs alleviates turtling.

I was originally going to go with golf weights but my nearby wallmart doesn’t carry them and I didn’t feel like driving all over the city to find them. All in all, we’re basically doing the same thing, right now I’m up to 2.2 lbs. You are soo right about the flaccid gains OMFG, I’ve gone from a 1 1/2 inch eggcorn to a 3 1/2- 4 inch hang!

Never let it turtle!! Keep 2 or 3 rings on all the time. I got my G-Rings from Dicks sporting goods. Adhesive sports tape right behind the head. Not to tight tho. Again great with biker shorts. Hangs down leg an stays in place. Can easily sit up an down. It’s like heavy snake strapped to your leg. Gains,!! Train the snake

You’ll need to be standing most of the day to benefit, and you need to do it (almost) everyday religiously!

I’m trying to make something like this myself but not with a padlock a piece of metal it would be good if we could melt and mould some type of metal small enough but heavy enough to see gains

Lead, would be the obvious choice, low melting point, and very dense. There’s a guy on here named Monty that makes lead golf weights. As for molding just google ” sand casting”.
