Light Hang All Day
Not sure where to post this, there’s a section for hangers, hanging relatively heavy weights in sets, and a section for extenders- light tension all day, but there is no section for guys hanging lightweight all day (ADH?). A kind of hybrid of the two.
I’ve been hanging light weights for about two and half months and have had some success (using a modified version of the “biker’s hang”) . Just wondering if anyone else has gone this route, what method(s) you use, and whether or not you’ve had any success.
Also want to know why there isn’t a section for this.
