Light Hang All Day

Not sure where to post this, there’s a section for hangers, hanging relatively heavy weights in sets, and a section for extenders- light tension all day, but there is no section for guys hanging lightweight all day (ADH?). A kind of hybrid of the two.

I’ve been hanging light weights for about two and half months and have had some success (using a modified version of the “biker’s hang”) . Just wondering if anyone else has gone this route, what method(s) you use, and whether or not you’ve had any success.

Also want to know why there isn’t a section for this.

Right now I’m up to exactly 2lbs, 7-8 hours a day. I started out with just a big padlock that weighed exactly .65 lbs ( we have pretty accurate scales where I work), began adding lead fishing sinkers about once a week with duct tape, after a month or so it was starting to look pretty ridiculous. When I got close to 1.3 pounds, I ditched the lead( temporarily) and added a second lock of the same size/weight.

So far I’ve already gained .75 inches BPEL!!

I know that sounds too good to be true, I still can’t believe it myself. If someone else had written this and I was reading it I’d think they were full of shit! But the ruler doesn’t lie.

So 7-8 hours a day over 2.5 months hanging like 1kg (2llbs), gain of 0.75 length. Very impressive. How do you manage to clock up so many hours? Do you work from home?

I’d like to know how you are hanging. Do you have a bib hanger or is it a vacum hanger?

I’m using a bib hanger and 1.25kg-2.5kg but I’m only clocking 30mins max per day. I’d like to clock up more hours as I do believe the longer hanging sessions will lead to greater gains.

I’ve only been at it a few days but can def feel its working and have faith in it. So in a month or two with dedication am convinced I will see gains!

I took some pictures to give you a better idea of what I’m doing, but have no clue as to how to share them.
What I am doing requires no hanger.

Replying to you now and I can see a tab under Submit Reply: its marked “Manage Attachments”, Click on this and will open a new tab:

Then browse you computer for the image and select and click upload.

Should be fine.

However if the photo contains you penis in it the mods won’t approve it. However you can post that in the section: ‘Members Only’ section

This is pretty interesting. Few questions:

1) I’m assuming you’re mostly standing at your job. Do you have any issues with people seeing the device under your clothes?
2) Do you ever have to take the device off regain circulation?
3) Do you have issues with it falling off?

Would be great if you could post an “in use” photo over in the progress report section

I can definitely see myself getting a few hours of this in per day. Keep the info coming! Great stuff

1) Yes, I’m on my feet all day, I wouldn’t recommend this for someone who spends their day sitting down. The lock alone isn’t very noticeable, but when I started adding weight it became very noticeable. Fortunately my work uniform does a good job of covering it up. I’m a butcher by trade, so first thing I do when I get to work is put on a heavy white coat, then a pretty heavy apron on top of that, pop into the bathroom and put it on, and people are none the wiser, stealth mode all day.
2) I get two fifteen minute breaks and a half hour lunch throughout the day, I take it of during those times, circulation hasn’t been an issue so far.
3) Once and awhile I can feel it starting to slip, usually, if I can get just a few seconds to myself, I simply grab my glans with one hand and the lock with the other, slide it back to the base and I’m good to go.However, there are times when I’m surrounded by coworkers or waiting on a customer and I can’t just reach in my pants and start fiddling with my crotch :) . This is where the string with the clip attached comes in, I attach the clip to one of my belt loops so when it falls off it doesn’t drop out of my pantleg and on to the floor ( that would be a really awkward situation).
As for posting a pic of it in use, I’ll see what I can do, still trying to find my way around this place.

On another note, I’m thinking about decreasing the weight a little bit for a little while. Ever since I hit two pounds about a week and a half ago I’ve been starting to have some issues I didn’t have before.

Two questions man:

-Have you had any other kind of gains before? If so, what method gave you gains as well?

-I don’t get how your device works, is it just something that pulls with gravity? How do you prevent it slips down? Or is it something you attach to your knee or somewhere else?
