lift a leg

I am currently hanging with the comfort strap from an extender and a water bottle. Wrapped properly with one layer of theraband and yes the comfort strap is very comfortable.

I tend to hang standing up as the water bottle on the rope attached to comfort strap hangs about 0.5metre from my dick so all fine.

One thing I have noticed is that If I lift a leg while in the standing hang I can really feel a hard tug on the ligaments joining the nuts to the top of my leg. This is the ligs I presume.

In hanging are we aiming to hit the ligs or to stretch the actually dick?
