Is it worth hanging weights that don't put stress on the ligs?
My problem is this. I start my first set using 5.5Kg (which puts stress on the ligs) by the 5th set of the day i’m hanging 2kg. I can’t go any higher because of the pain! The pain isn’t from the ligs though it’s usually from the helmet. Being uncut means no matter what I do the homemade bib will slide down with 4kg+ of weight and rest on the head. So by the 5th set it’s too painful and I’m forced to hang at low weight that doesn’t stress the ligs.
Is it worth doing this? Am I wasting my time? Should I just stick to 3/4 sets a day which concentrate on the ligs? Should I get my precious foreskin cut off? :(
