Found cheap weights. Just started hanging.

I started hanging a week ago. I used a 2-liter soda bottle filled with water. That’s 4.5 lbs. It was cumbersome, and I needed to sit on a tall chair to hang straight down without the bottle touching the floor.

So I went to Copeland Sports (a chain in the Western states). I bought generic 2.5 lbs for $1.20 each! How cheap can you get? Even Walmart costs more ($1.80).

So now I hang with 5 lbs for 30 minutes twice a day. Nice stretch. I’m wearing the AutoADS for most of the day to heal without turtling.

During this first week, I haven’t seen erect gains, but my flaccid is hanging fatter and longer: about 0.2” extra in both FL and FG. I suspect this is temporary, as I’ve been at it for such a short time. I think the extra FG is from turtling: I stretch it out, and afterwards, like a rubberband, my penis wants to pull back, and so it widens. Perhaps hanging will finally give me some extra girth?

One day I even measured an extra 0.1” SFL (8.2”), which historically for me presages EL gains within a few weeks. However, I don’t measure that SFL every day.
