Hanging With A Karate Belt

You may try this: Hang your normal weight for,say 10 sets, then hang heavy for the last few sets.

At the earlier posts of the thread I said I rest for 10-15 seconds but the situation now is 20 sets lasts in about 40minutes. That means 1 minute breaks in average.

I posted this routine plan in another thread but I’ll put it here too.

I basically went from light stretching to holding 30 pounds off my dick for a while. My ligs really ached so I thought I’d cut back the weight. Now I do like 10lb 5min warmup then 20lb for however long. If it’s longer than an hour between sets I’ll go back to 10lb to relax the ligs.

I think my plan will be to do this for a month, At the moment I’m doing 20mins daily total. I’ll try and bump this up to as much as I can handle and when I get to my peak amount of time I’ll do it everyday for one month and see how I get a long(will probably be 40mins), if things are good results or indicators. Then I’ll do it for 3 months total then bump up the weight and do shorter amount of time and then again slowly build up the time or bump up the weight again as and when needed. I’d much rather do high weights for a short time but I don’t want to strengthen my ligs to quickly.

Is that a good approach kaan?

Oh and I’m doing quite abit of clamping, you don’t think that would effect the length gains negatively do you?

Clamping is OK it has no negative effects but nothing boosts horniness like it so be careful there :D

Any plan is OK you don’t need to think so long term , my only advice: whatever you do stick with it , don’t try to maximise the intensity of the work-outs just focus on consistency ,much better that way. so if 20 pounds trouble you just go on with 15 but do it.

I heard clamping can stop length gains, so I’m going to ease down on it a little and do more hanging, 40mins daily seems appropriate.

By the way kaan I have a tip if you want to hear it. Whilst putting the belt on fold the bit going on your shaft in half. This way you can lower your hand more and bring it in closer so more weight is on your dick rather than holding it with your hands. I found usually if you don’t fold the belt it can really dig into your dick especially when you try and pull your hands closer to your body(even with a sock wrap which I use). I was just hanging now thinking on how I could improve it and it worked well.

How are you getting on with the belt hanging kaan?

I think I need to buy that damn camera, because hanging isn’t going anywhere for me nowadays (no workout) . OK I’ll buy it today, pics coming tomorrow.

What do you mean by no workout?, you’re not doing belt hanging anymore? Or just seeing no results, feeling no fatigue?

If you had asked I would of taken pictures to show how it’s done if that’s what your intentions are.

I mean no hangout, no workout, which means no hanging :) BTW, am I supposed to be seeing fatigue? I am sure that I`ll see results as long as I continue, and that`s what I intend to be doing right now. :)

Allright that is 16 kg there, about 35 pounds. BPEL pic could be better I suppose but that`s the best among all.

The `grip` pic shows in detail how I do the grip, just before I hang, After that pose, I pick the weight with the other hand, stand up, and slowly put it down so it hangs.

You should definitely be feeling fatigue. Oh my God my ligaments ache from this exercise. At the start I was trying to be a tough guy and hang 30 pounds, just below your weight but wow that just kills. I mostly do 10lb for 10mins then 20lb for 10mins. I usually do that everyday of the week unless my ligs ache. I’m kind of taking 1 day off then they still ached today so I did 16lb after the 10lb.

Very assertive words from a relatively novice enlarger. The goal is to make gains, not feeling fatigue.

Anyway, how has belt hanging been for you? Any gains so far?

It’s not conclusive, I usually count any gains in quarters of an inch to be sure. I’m just about a quarter of an inch up so I’d say it’s working. Every single thing I’ve read about hanging says fatigue is needed, if you don’t feel fatigue you need to do more time or weight(that’s what they say)

I think I will try gripping the other way though. I’m just comfortable with over hand. I even jelq overhand because you can get closer to the base that way. Overhand is more of a pulling grip and the other way is more of a pushing out one, at least to me that’s how it seems.

Hey guys, sorry to ruin your little one on one…

I’ve been belt hanging for about 10 days. I think this method can have good potential. I started at 25lbs and I’m still at that weight but I have increased the duration.

I slight variation: I lift the weight.

I mean, I let the weight rest on my dick and slowly pull on my glans then go back down. I do five minutes sets with the belt positioned at three different places on my penis. I did 4 consecutive sets yesterday. After that I always end with some edging.

I am facing two issues:
1-grip slipping: I sometimes use baby powder and it greatly improves my grip but it makes my dick very sore.
2-excessive fatigue: I just had sex with the gf this morning (following last night’s hanging) and my erection wasn’t very good. I think one definitely has to schedule off days while using this method. That’s it for now!

Yeah I’m having problems but It definitely does have potential.

My main problem is, I can really only place the belt in one position, near to the end then I drop my hand as much as possible and bring it in. Some days it really aches the area where the belt lays, not in a good way. So I end up dropping to 10lb, instead of the 20lb.

If you use a smaller weight you can drop the belt lower down, the method I use and more weight is on the ligaments instead of you holding it with your hand. I do think if you use a heavy weight like kaan is doing it’s best to just put it straight in the middle and not drop it as far down, you’ll get some good tunica stretching doing this and ligament stretches.

I’m basically trying to hang 7 days a week, some days my ligaments really ache, but I start with a low weight for 10minutes(10lb) then put on a higher weight and it’s usually fine (either 16lb or 20lb). Fatigue in my opinion is good. Instead of taking rest days just do the same time with a lower weight.

As for sliding, it can be a problem especially, when I tried it with 30lb it would practically slide out after 30 seconds. You could use a soap that dries up quickly before hand in the shower, or just grab a square of tissue. Since I’m mostly doing under 20lb it’s not so much of a problem for me.

This has made me think about my approach more so, I think I’ll stick with what I’m doing for a little longer, hopefully the point where I always put the belt on will become stronger and not ache so much, if it doesn’t I’ll try putting the belt more in the middle of the penis but this for me can cause skin stretch which may be necessary I guess with the bit of turkey neck I have going on. Keep updated and welcome to the belt hanging trio ;)

Oh and also if you use a really light weight like 6-10lb and put it in near to the end, do an over hand okay grip then pull out like you’re manually stretching, kind of letting the belt rest against your hand and pull at a slight downwards angle, you can move your hand to the left or right, this creates a really good ligament stretch. To me it’s very like, not measurable but this basically just adds 10lb to your already pretty powerful manual stretches.

Yesterday, I hung 30 min at 25lbs. I had some grip issues though.

Tomorrow I plan to increase the weight, decrease the time: I’ll try 27,5lbs for 15 min.

I then plan to do 1 day on 1 day off and to increase hanging time by 5 minutes until I reach 30 again. Then I will increase the weight. You get the idea?

Also, I clamp for 10-15 min at the end of every workout. I don’t get great erections right after hanging but I feel the the tissue is “looser” so I get ok expansion.
