I don’t know if it’s new but I am trying a different hanging style: hanging without hanger :)
I just attach the weight to my karate belt with a knot. After that I pull the dick with my hand (like stretching), and put the belt on my dick. It goes somewhere on the root of the cock.
Then: tadaa! You’re hanging. I’ve gone up to about 30 pounds, I may increase, but this weight makes me SWEAT already. :)
I’ll post about it if I get some decent results- I’m hoping to. I’m doing 2 sets 5 minutes per day now.
Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)
Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)
