Hanging while clamped?

Me and search engines really don’t get along very well.
Have anyone tried this? If this could be done with maximum
caution and control. This would be one of the best ways to gain right?

If hanging is especially for the ligs and perhaps Tunica work also, why would being clamped help. Hanging isn’t really blood flow related in the sense that having extra blood would not be useful.

But if your insistent on trying it. I’ll see you in the injury forum i guess.

Well I wasn’t planing on doing this, I just wanted to ask the question. :D
BTW I think I ruptured my spine last night doing PE exercises standing on my head ;)
