Hanging question help

Hey, um I wanted to try out hanging since I am always very busy. I am just wondering how heavy does the weight have to be? I am using around 6 AA batteries wrapped together as my weight. I don’t see too much pressures but they are definitly pulling my penis down a little. Also, I am using rubber bands the tight ones ( the ones that don’t stretch easily) as my string. Can you guys give me some suggestions?

Try an ADS instead of hanging. Less chance of injury. But if you still want to do hanging, 5lbs is good to start with.

5lbs? Well, I got a 7lbs dumbbell but I think it’s quite heavy.. For my penis atleast. If I use a 7lbs dumbbell how long do you suggest I hang my genital for?
