Hanging for Girth

I’ve decided to give hanging a try for girth since nothing else seems to work for me anymore. Some guys say they’ve gotten really good girth gains by stretching their cock over a golf weight or tube, as shown in the pic I attached. Apparently it can put some good stress on the tunica.

I’ve tried it myself and think it has a lot of potential, but I can’t hold the stretch for very long or very hard, so I thought hanging this way might be a good idea. Basically I’d just place a round piece of wood between my legs, and hang over that.

Has anyone tried this for girth?

I’m gonna order a hanger now but probably won’t get started on the hanging for a few weeks.

After about 2 months of mostly fulcrum stretching (similar as You described in picture) I’ve noticed more mid shaft girth, but according to overall EG, this can be considered as a measuring fluctuations. Visually, it is now thicker.

What else to say? Do it and report Your gains.

Been considering the same thing either fulcrum hanging or angles between straight out or straight up, plus there’s the option of doing bundled hanging.
It seems a decent number of guys have gained girth doing these things.
My first question is when you’re hanging to only target the tunica in this way should you still follow a traditional everyday routine or would you be better with more rest between sessions ?

Hi Mick,
is very similar to the fulcrum stretching.
With the fulcrum stretching it also gains in girth, but the focus is the length gains. The girth gains is a “collateral effect”.

Well I’m not looking for any length, so hopefully I won’t get much. I got my previous length gains from hanging, but that was straight down hanging.

I think I’m gonna get a hanger from Monty’s site. Anyway I’ll have to experiment with a few different methods and see how it goes.

I gained maybe 0.5 inches in length. I don’t remember at all what I did because it was like 8 years ago. Basically I just hanged straight down for as long as I felt like I think. I don’t remember how much weight… maybe 20 lbs.

Interesting device there. I may try this!

Oopsies sorry for the lack of replies. I’m kind of on and off with PE right now and sometimes go a long time without coming on the site. I never did give this a try because I wasn’t able to hang properly. I feel that the hanger should be attached only to the glans for this so you can stretch the whole cock. I did look into suction hanger a bit (which attach to the glans), but never bought one.

I did try this for a few weeks just stretching with my hand. The stretch is intense on the tunica… really intense… I can feel a good pull on it, however I never had any lasting increase from girth doing it. It’s possible the amount of time I stretched just wasn’t enough to have a lasting effect, I don’t know. This is where the hanging comes in though… you could easily get a good hang going for 10 - 20 minutes without fatiguing. When stretching with my hands, they would get tired after ~30 seconds.

I’m convinced there’s a flaccid exercise out there that will crush girth… I (or we!) just haven’t come up with it yet.
