This is where the hanging comes in though… you could easily get a good hang going for 10 - 20 minutes without fatiguing. When stretching with my hands, they would get tired after ~30 seconds.

I’m convinced there’s a flaccid exercise out there that will crush girth… I (or we!) just haven’t come up with it yet.

I was wondering what happen to you.

I go on and off nowadays. I’m so fed up with trying things and in the end not gaining or losing the girth I gained. I’m hesitant now to put in hours where I don’t know something is gonna work for sure. I just wish I knew something was actually working, and then I’d put in as much time as needed. I’ve done exercises that are so ridiculously intense, and the girth just all went away.

Anyway… I’m convinced there’s a flaccid girth exercise out there to be found.

Well 30 mn of pumping with constant heat is something that requires no effort whatsoever, so it could be worth a try (dynamic pump, silicone sleeves, a few things to look at). It should help with flaccid size too.

I’m sure 15 mn of quality jelqing everyday would improve your flaccid size, but you would probably lose these gains quickly if you quit.

If you really want flaccid size (and hopefully erect gains), you need to find something easy you’ll do everyday.

Have you checked the all day cockring for amazing girth gains thread? We just had someone at pegym who reported huge gains (possibly most of that is edema).

Hey Walter… I think you misread. I’m not looking to improve flaccid size. Actually my flaccid size is huge, lol… I’m probably a bit more of a shower than a grower. I’m saying that I believe stretching the tunica while flaccid has potential for big ERECT girth gains. Orange bends are an example of this. If you haven’t heard of them check out the thread on them.

I think I have read that thread yes, and may have actually tried it for a bit. I don’t know… I may give bundled stretches a go for a while.

Ha ok my bad I really thought you were after flaccid girth gains. “Wurst” claimed he gained plenty of girth from bundled stretches.

Yes I’ve read about orange bends, how much did you gain from them and how long did it take? I remember there was a thread about a few guys giving them a go for a couple of months or so.. I never really tried them.

Of course the main problem is to work on the circular layer, bundled stretches sound attractive but I feel they stretch a lot of skin.

I can see how stretches like wantsmore’s fulcrums or any kind of tunica stretch would work hand in hand with intense girth work.

If you ever find your ideal flaccid lazy exercise let me know :)

I forget how much I gained from them, but they gave me my first girth gains ever. I think maybe 1/4” inch or a bit more. I guess I’ll go with the bundled stretches and see how they go for now. I’d love to try bundled hanging, but then I feel like the area underneath the hanger wouldn’t get targeted. So I’m not sure how to make that work.

Look into the vachanger 3 ideally using it with water, you can get away with a really short sealing sleeve that way like 1/2” behind the head.
Works great for bundled stretches or hanging.

I would be more than happy with 1/4 of girth, I’ve already started to add some bends to my routine , so I’ll check them once more.

I’m guessing with bundled hanging you wouldn’t need high weight (but may benefit from heat), so the vachanger could be an easy option.
