The stretch is intense on the tunica… really intense… I can feel a good pull on it, however I never had any lasting increase from girth doing it. It’s possible the amount of time I stretched just wasn’t enough to have a lasting effect, I don’t know. This is where the hanging comes in though… you could easily get a good hang going for 10 - 20 minutes without fatiguing. When stretching with my hands, they would get tired after ~30 seconds.
I’m convinced there’s a flaccid exercise out there that will crush girth… I (or we!) just haven’t come up with it yet.
